Schools and colleges should be secular… — Why did police officers irresponsibly file cases against Vanchit office bearers Vijay Wahulkar and Rahul Makasare? — Should the police responsibly protect themselves legally first?

Police officers should give importance to secularism and perform their duties. At the same time, keeping in mind equality, freedom, justice and fraternity, secularism and the integrity of the country, they should fulfill their responsibility within the framework of the Indian Constitution.

Similarly, keeping in mind the importance of expression and the duty of freedom of religion, police officers should act impartially and without blemish.

It should be remembered that a ruling party or an organization has not made you an officer, but the Indian Constitution has made you an officer and employee.

Therefore, the police officers and employees of India and the state of Maharashtra should first be able to protect themselves legally. Only then can they be said to be able to protect the responsible citizens of the country and all innocent citizens.

If the Maharashtra Police is filing non-bailable cases against the office bearers of the underprivileged, Rahul Makasare Aurangabad and Vijay Wahulkar, for objecting to the RSS registration process in front of the college, it is clear that they are not acting secularly and are not performing their duties within the framework of the law.

Schools and colleges are secular institutions. There are clear instructions not to do any kind of religious or irreligious activities within a hundred meters of schools and colleges…

In such a situation, is the RSS an illegal organization? And if the office bearers of such an illegal RSS organization are registering the organization in front of the gates of schools and colleges and carrying out the propaganda of the organization, then why don’t the police officers and employees realize in time that their actions are irresponsible and illegal? This is a serious question.

In reality, the Maharashtra Police should have filed cases against the RSS office bearers who registered and propagated the organization in front of schools and colleges.

However, instead of doing so, serious cases have been filed against the office bearers of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi who protect secularism. What can be said about the actions of the concerned police officers? Their illegal actions or their irresponsible attitude? Do such irresponsible police officers have the right to remain in office? The Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Home Minister, Shri Devendra Fadnavis, should give this answer to the people of Maharashtra.

But, it is seen that the concerned police officers have failed in their best and right duty… This mistake of theirs is hurting the public sentiment and is giving rise to an inappropriate mentality….
