System, Democracy and Freedom…. (If you want to understand true freedom and real democracy, every Indian citizen must read the foreword…)

Today we are celebrating the 79th anniversary of Indian independence with great enthusiasm. In my opinion, freedom is the combination of rights and duties or the union of these two concepts, that is, freedom.

Duty without freedom is slavery and freedom without duty is dictatorship, in my opinion.

Rights and duties are two sides of the same coin. A coin has two sides. If a person is considered a coin, then this coin has two sides, rights and duties.

The concept of freedom is the combination of rights and duties. The concept of freedom is complete only when rights and duties come together. For example, as a citizen, I have the right to civic facilities, but along with that, I also have the duty to pay taxes or to work for the country as a citizen of the country. (That is, whether labor is intellectual or physical), if this is the case, do we pay the money required for this facility in the form of taxes in order to get material facilities as my right, that is, to fight for a happy life?

Or do we give some intellectual or physical labor for the country and our village? In fact, this is a fundamental question.

And if the answer to this question is ‘yes’, then we are free, otherwise we are in bondage, that is, we are slaves.

Now the other side of freedom is that, suppose I am paying taxes directly or indirectly and this tax is not used by me as a citizen, but is my money and labor, that is, my money, wealth, labor, used only by the rulers and officials? Thinking or thinking like this is freedom.

And the price of my hard work or If someone eats a piece of fruit without getting it and is taking advantage of it to live, then raising voice against it, taking action, treating it is freedom.

Otherwise it would mean “the blind grind and the dog eats the flour”. A poor man sang a song and asked the question…

“Let us know the meaning of freedom, let the poor get their food now”.

The problem of hunger was not solved in the past, it should have been solved in the present. But still five kilos of food grains per capita have to be given to 80 crore people, that too for free, that is, why should there be a problem of unemployment in the present? This is a question worth thinking about.

India got freedom, the monarchy of one person ended, democracy came (salute to the freedom fighters and their leaders who brought it), we were slaves, we got the right to vote and we became independent citizens of a sovereign country, we became the owners of the country, political leaders and government officials are working as our servants.

Our freedom means our Even after 78 years of citizenship, we the people of India are still dependent.

“Neither the country has become self-reliant nor has the voter become fearless,..‌

Still, no Indian citizen, whether he is poor or rich, whether he belongs to any class, caste or religion, still has no confidence, self-reliance, fearlessness. In this matter, every Indian is dependent.

In this country, one person treats another person with suspicion, looks at each other with suspicion, exploits each other, the relationship between two people is one of suspicion, fear, uncertainty, be it in society, village, caste, family, religion, brotherhood, brother and sister, parents and children are dependent on distrust. Why should there be such an atmosphere in our independent country?

The answer to this question is understood from the type of system, i.e. social structure, i.e. economy, that is functioning in our country.

In a country where there is no intimacy, affection, love, cooperation, respect, trust, loyalty towards each other within the family or caste or religion, then how can freedom, equality, brotherhood, justice, socialism, secularism, democracy, sovereignty, which are the human values enshrined in the constitution, be implemented there? How will they be created? This is a serious question. The answer to this is that even if there is democracy, what system is that democracy in? We have to see.

There are three types of system, i.e. social structure: 1) Capitalist system, 2) Socialist system, 3) Communist system.

From this, there are three types of democracy, 1) capitalist democracy, 2) socialist democracy, 3) communist democracy..

According to this democracy, there are three types of freedom, 1) capitalist freedom, 2) socialist freedom, 3) communist freedom….

According to these three types of freedom, there are three types of slavery, which are, 1) capitalist slavery, 2) socialist slavery, 3) communist slavery…

Of course, freedom, slavery, democracy, these three things depend on the system. Democracy is as it is and as it is.

For example, capitalist system is capitalist system, in this system only capital is considered, capital means goods, money, means of production of wealth such as land, water, forests, factories, companies, institutions.

To achieve these things, to increase them, to add more and more to them, it is okay to use evil and injustice such as inflation, unemployment, corruption, hoarding, black market, injustice, oppression, etc.Such thoughts, such policies, the existing system and the government that maintains this system, the democracy in this system is the capitalist democracy and freedom. In fact, this is not true freedom but a false freedom. It is only the appearance of freedom. It is a mirage of freedom.

Because the capitalist has the power to buy the votes of the Bahujans, in this capitalist system the Bahujans are weak, helpless, dependent, poor, destitute, deprived. They are helpless, dependent and cowardly. Therefore, even if such a voter understands the importance of the vote, he does not agree.

Because there is a huge difference between ideals and practice. Even if he understands the importance of the vote, he sells his vote or falls prey to some temptation.

Because here, bread and security of facilities are more important for them to survive than freedom. They start to feel supported by schemes like five kilos of free food grains, Gharkul Yojana, six thousand rupees per year for farmers, one and a half thousand rupees per month for their beloved sister, etc.

Because a helpless person has to say or see everything as good and bad. This is what is called “What is the cure if there is no cure?”

“In this capitalist system, there is capitalist democracy, which forms a government to protect the interests of the rich, in this capitalist system, the majority is from the Bahujans and the government is from the minority of the rich.

In this capitalist system of inequality, the slogan of the Bahujans “Our rule will not last, yours will not last” also becomes fruitless.

Class, caste and religion are complementary to the capitalist economy, so this system is constantly trying to maintain these things. In a heterogeneous capitalist economy, the individual is given importance instead of society, so privatization is the main policy of capitalism, and publicization is opposed, the government has a policy of privatization in every sector, be it industry, education, health, environment, etc., the duty of the government in this system is to protect the interests of the capitalists.

The second type of system is the “socialist economic and social system”. The goal and objective of this system is not the individual but the society. In this system, the individual has to leave his own freedom to the society.

The group, that is, the society, has to determine what the individual’s freedom, rights and duties should be, and the individual has to accept and follow them, the reflection of thought is the family. The decision that is acceptable to the majority of all members of the family is followed by every member of the family, and so is that of the country. The democracy of this idea is called socialist democracy and is called a democratic government.

In a socialist system, the state government is given the right to decide how much government ownership should be and how much private ownership should be on nature, resources, and wealth, i.e. land, water, forests, and man-made wealth, i.e. factories, company service institutions, trade institutions, distribution institutions, financial institutions, and political autonomous institutions.

This right is with the central government in capitalism, i.e. who owns the natural human production resources? Should they be private or public? Or both? The central government has the right to decide in a capitalist, i.e. unequal system, and in a socialist, i.e. socialist system, there is a policy of mixed economy, democracy in this system is socialist democracy.

The government in this system tries to maintain balance by formulating policies that benefit both the individual and the society.

The third type of system is the communist economic and social structure system. Democracy in this system is communist democracy. The focus and goal of the communist system is to create a society free from exploitation and government, i.e. where there is no breathing and government.

When we say government, we mean police, army, jail, court, garbage, administration. Why is this necessary? So if the government and the right to own private property are abolished to protect private life and private property, laws and laws to enforce the law, the means of production in nature, i.e., natural resources, for example, water, land, forests and man-made resources, i.e., factories, companies, services, institutions, economies, will no longer be owned by anyone.

Therefore, there will be no need for police, paramilitary forces, military forces, courts, administration to protect them. If the world accepts the goal of world peace and world peace, there will be no need for military for border security.

But for now, if we think about the country and if there is a communist system in the country, i.e., an economic and social system free of exploitation and government, then democracy in such a communist country will be “true democracy”.

In the communist system, there will be a communist government, administration and laws of communist democracy. In our village, we will have our own state, collective ownership of all the means of production within the village boundaries, there is no limit to private property because the land, industry and trade belong to the entire village and if the villagers make a determination or resolution to use their intellectual and physical labor only for the village and for the discovery and development of their own abilities and skills, then only true democracy and individual freedom and the freedom of the country will be preserved.

Now that all this picture is clear, what kind of system should be in our country, what kind of democracy should be there and what kind of freedom is needed? It is up to the readers to decide.
