Bharat Mukti Morcha National President Vaman Meshram had started a mass movement against EVMs in 2014 itself. He and his organization Bharat Mukti Morcha (BMM) started a five-phase protest campaign across the country from March 2017 to demand the banning of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) in the electoral process in India.

Because, “EVM machines and the Chief Election Commissioner of India are involved in the theft of votes in the general elections of the Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha and local bodies, according to the National President of Bharat Mukti Morcha, Vaman Meshram.

Vaman Meshram, the National President of Bharat Mukti Morcha, is of the clear opinion that the EVM machines and the Election Commissioner of India steal the votes of the Indian voters through the general elections and benefit certain political parties and bring them to power in turn.

Therefore, since the theft of votes by the EVM machines and the Election Commissioner of India is considered useful by the central and state ruling parties to enslave the citizens of India and curb all their rights,” it has become necessary to remove the EVM machines from the general elections of India.

Similarly, the fact that the EVM machines and the Election Commissioner of India steal the votes of the Indian voters in the general elections and bring certain irresponsible political parties to power is serious and shocking. At the same time, the EVM machines And this type of vote theft by the Election Commissioner of India has been fatal for the democracy of India and the citizens of India…

Some fundamental rights have been given to our citizens to guarantee personal freedom and personality development, the details of which have been spent on 23 articles from Article 12 to 35.

These rights have not been obtained through an Act of Parliament, but have been obtained directly from the Constitution and are eternal, no government can shake them. The main purpose of these rights is to establish social and economic equality. If the government interferes in it, the citizens of India can seek redress in the court.

Along with this, the citizens of India are still not aware that equality, freedom, religious freedom, cultural, educational freedom, anti-exploitation have been classified as constitutional.

Therefore, the ruling parties of the Manuwadi and Brahminical ideology, elected under the theft of votes by the EVM machine and the Election Commissioner of India, are giving undue importance to capitalist policies through improper procedures and are ending the rights of Indian citizens through illegal privatization. There are…

The Constitution has established the rule of law and therefore no government, political party, President, Prime Minister, any prince who has unlimited wealth, rich man, saint, saint is superior, but the law is supreme and it is equal for all! ..

Freedom is a very important article in the Constitution of India, in which the right to freedom is universal.

Article No. 19 (1) Every citizen has the right to, a) freedom of speech and expression, b) to live together peacefully and without violence, c) to form unions and associations, d) to move freely throughout the territory of India, 4) to live and settle in any part of the territory of India and, g) to practice any profession or to carry on any business or profession. This means that the importance given by the Constitution to the preservation of freedom is evident.

But enjoying freedom also means taking responsibility for behaving ethically. Freedom means free movement, freedom is expensive, mental slavery Denial, freedom is a sense of duty, freedom is responsibility. That is why it has become very important for those who give importance to Manuwadi and Brahminist ideology, who want to make the citizens of the Bahujan community slaves and dependent, to understand that no one can remain independent by taking away the freedom of others.

According to Article 19 of the Fundamental Rights, everyone has the right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of language, freedom to migrate from one place to another, freedom of any trade, industry, but at the same time, the freedom of others will not be interfered with. Everyone should take responsibility for this.

Similarly, your freedom will gain meaning only if you fulfill your moral duty. This fundamental article, which is related to daily life, unites everyone from young to old in a common thread.

What can we say about the fact that the Central and State governments are constantly taking irresponsible and illegal actions to curtail the rights of Indian citizens, while the Indian Constitution states that no person shall be deprived of life or personal liberty except in accordance with the procedure established by law?

Don’t the Indian citizens and the rulers know this? “Fraternity along with individual freedom has been elaborated in the Constitution. “All Indians are my brothers” is the process of keeping the feeling of love between each other, which makes the world a better place and brings us together. It gives the message of living as a brotherhood by giving up hatred, jealousy and contempt among each other.

Importantly, the great principle of living in harmony has been mentioned by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar in the above article of fundamental rights. About brotherhood, Babasaheb says, “If there is any nectar of unity in social life, it is the principle of brotherhood.” Today, there is a lack of brotherhood in the society as a whole. Ego has reached its peak. Due to the century, it is not easy to preserve brotherhood and maintain it.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has also mentioned the possible dangers while handing over the Constitution to India, he says that the state administration of sovereign India should be done in a democratic manner. While writing this constitution, he has taken precautions to ensure that it is run smoothly and in good condition, and that no one is subjected to injustice or oppression.

That is why, while handing over the constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar had said, “No matter how good the constitution is, if those who implement it and implement it are not good, then the fault lies not with that constitution but with the rulers. It is the duty of all Indians to preserve the flame of brotherhood. The awareness that we have to fulfill the duty of brotherhood along with the freedom given to us by the constitution should be instilled in the mind of every Indian. Accordingly, it has been instilled to some extent.

For example, The feeling of brotherhood was awakened in everyone’s mind regarding the martyrs of the 26-11-08 terrorist attack, including Parik police officers Hemant Karkare, Vijay Salaskar, Ashok Kamte and all the others. Everyone in the country paid tribute to these martyrs and paid tribute to their memory. This showed the attitude of maintaining due respect and dignity towards the brothers and sisters of the society.

Similarly, when some natural disaster occurs, our feelings are that of brotherhood towards the people affected by the disaster. We help all the brothers and sisters with the feeling of brotherhood. We feel that the disaster that has befallen them has befallen us, this is “brotherhood”!

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar carried out the responsibility of writing the Constitution of independent India with great courage and wisdom. Before this, he made provisions in it so that justice would be given to the entire exploited society, which had been suffering in the name of religion for thousands of years.

Along with the Shudras, women in this country have also been exploited and suffered injustice for thousands of years. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar incorporated gender equality in the Indian Constitution and took legal steps to eliminate injustice against women. The fourteenth article of the Constitution has granted legal equality to all individuals. The fifteenth article has abolished the distinction between men and women.

Although India is a multi-religious country, Hinduism is found to have a large presence in this country. In India: Just as there are followers of Hinduism, there are also followers of Jains, Buddhists, Sikhs, etc. in large numbers in India. With the aim of establishing religious harmony and strengthening national unity, the Indian constitution makers, namely the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, adopted the principle of secularism. Since India is a secular country, there is no official religion of India. Because the Indian Constitution has adopted the principle of equality of all religions.

According to the Constitution, every person has the freedom to practice the religion of his choice. Along with this, there is also freedom of thought. However, it is necessary for everyone to ensure that peace and order are maintained in public life while practicing religion. This is the responsibility of every Indian citizen, no one should be disturbed by us, it is very important for all Indian citizens to take full note of this.

Although the Indian Constitution has accepted the principle of secularism, which advocates religious tolerance, communal tension, religious riots, and religious hatred are the real situation. We have not yet accepted the meaning of secularism wholeheartedly. If this situation is to change, it is necessary to increase the harmony among all religions. “Religious tolerance” is a part of Indian culture and it is necessary to make the Indian people aware of it again. People of all religions are first human beings and their “humanity” is the true religion. This idea should reach the people through mass media.

The actions of people who engage in politics on the basis of caste, religion, and language should be curbed in a timely manner. Only then can it be said that the law has taken its course. Sarvadharma Sambhav means respect for all religions.

In this situation, some representatives, ministers, office bearers, and activists of the ruling party in India make illegal and irresponsible statements against the Indian Constitution and against the citizens of India. This means that it is seen that such responsible representatives, ministers, office bearers, and activists are consciously working to incite feelings against the people of India and against the Constitution.

Since all this is happening with the blessings of the central and state rulers, it is a fact that the people of the ruling party repeatedly commit illegal and irresponsible acts against the people and against the Constitution.

The question is now naturally arising: “Are the general elections conducted through EVM machines responsible for the illegal and irresponsible actions of the ruling party’s representatives, office bearers, ministers, and activists?”

When general elections were not conducted in India through EVM machines, the Indian citizens and the Indian Constitution were not attacked by the office bearers, public representatives, ministers, and activists of the ruling party with the blessings of the rulers, and those who attacked did not get royal protection. This is largely true.

If the practice of utter illegal and irresponsible speech is going on with the blessings of the rulers, then the EVM machine is responsible for it, is this the reality?…

Because the ruling party and its associates are intoxicated by the vote theft through EVM machines, and no one can harm us even if we say anything absurd and illegal.

This is why, to save Indian democracy and Indian citizens from the clutches of anti-democratic Manu and Brahminism, the National President of Bharat Mukti Morcha, Vaman Meshram, has realized that it is necessary to remove the EVM machine from the general elections of India…

The theft of votes in general elections by EVM machines is a very serious anti-national crime and is this crime being protected by all autonomous institutions under the auspices of the ruling party? This issue is creating more intensity of the movement…

That is why the “Bharat Bandh” movement against EVM machines to be held in India on July 1 is extremely important and unique.

Bharat Mukti Morcha National President Vaman Meshram and his other fellow office bearers said, “The great mass movement of Bharat Bandh called against EVM machines is a sign of a great revolution..

There is no objection to believing that the rights of citizens and the Indian Constitution will be protected due to this mass movement of July 1, 2025, “Abolish EVM machines” from the general elections in India…
