The destitute are the elderly women – men, disabled – patients, abandoned women whose lives depend on the government’s meager salary!, (This includes the Shravan Bal Scheme, Sanjay Gandhi Destitute Schemes and Old Age Schemes.)

The basis of the lives of all these destitutes is their meager salary of fifteen hundred rupees. Their life is determined by this salary.

It is the job of the Central and State Governments to deposit fifteen hundred rupees in the account of the destitute every month and maintain happiness in their lives, and it is also the duty of the Central and State Governments to always be ready to ensure that they can live a good life.

In such a situation, what should be the purpose of the Central and State Governments to continuously bring the destitute into a mess without depositing fifteen hundred rupees in their bank accounts every month?

While implementing many schemes and their implementation, “The basis of the destitute What is the reason for the repeated exposure of the actions of the Central and State Governments that will be deprived? Do the Central and State Governments have an answer to this?

The entire fund required for the proper implementation of all the schemes is approved by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra in the Finance Resolution Session and funds are being made available as a matter of necessity.

In such a situation, where are the funds for the said three schemes being provided? Why are the funds for these schemes not being kept as deposits? Why are the funds not being provided to the destitute on time? By not providing funds to the destitute on time every month, are the Central Government and the Government of Maharashtra and their respective administrations consciously causing mental distress and suffering to all the destitute? Are funds not being consciously deposited in their accounts every month to bring all types of destitutes to a state of death? There are many such questions.

For the last 8 to 6 months, lakhs of the destitute in Maharashtra have not been given any honorarium. Due to this, it cannot be said that the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra care about the lives and health of the destitute.

For the last 8 to 6 months, the destitute in Maharashtra have come to a standstill due to not receiving honorarium. Many problems are standing in front of them and some of the destitute have even reached the point of death.

Due to this, when will the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra give importance to the basic needs of the destitute citizens? This question is very serious.

While boasting about themselves under many schemes, why do the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra not see the dependent life of the destitute and their basic needs? Where is the conscious and sensitive duty of the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra towards the destitute? Both the governments need to think about this as a matter of life and death.

“What is the life of poverty and destitution like?” This is a question that the high-ranking officials who hold constitutional posts for public service in India, which constantly takes refuge in the cool air in the summer, are not really aware of. The plight of the destitute is being told…

When the very people’s representatives do not take precautions to ensure that the lives of the citizens for whom they are appointed or elected as public representatives are not disrupted, then, for whom exactly do these public representatives and appointed representatives work? Isn’t it their dutyless indifference to not realize that this issue is becoming a very serious topic of public discussion?

Finally, to save and keep the destitute alive, the question for the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra is, when will they give the money to the destitute?

After death or alive?
