Strict action should be taken against the traitors of the constitution who talk about changing the constitution with a bright face:- Dr. Anant Da. Raut.. — A complaint should be filed with the nearest police station regarding criminal action against the organizers of the program in various parts of Maharashtra…

A book titled ‘Why change the constitution?’ was released in Pune yesterday on July 26, 2025. This book is written by Ed. Shivaji Kokane. I received the brochure of the release ceremony of this book late yesterday from my friend Sudhakar Shelar through Facebook.

First of all, I publicly condemn Kokane, who wrote the anti-constitutional book, those who held its release ceremony and all those who came as presidents and speakers. I make it clear that all these people are traitors of the constitution.

Those who are traitors of the constitution are traitors. Those who are traitors do not deserve to walk in the society with a bright face. Their place is in jail.

Therefore, I propose that the government should take strict legal action against them. If the government itself does not take action against these anti-constitutional people, then all the patriotic people loyal to the constitution should force the government to take action against them.

If you look at the names on the brochures of the books that talk about changing the constitution, it is clear that all these people are controversial. They are bitter religious fanatics. They are against the constitution.

The organizations from which they come do not even accept the national flag, the Ashoka Chakra tricolor created by the constitution. It is clear to the reader that all these are scoundrels and anti-nationals.

These people are taking advantage of the freedom of thought and expression given by the Indian constitution under Article 19. They are making a blatant anti-national effort to create public opinion in opposition to the Indian constitution. Therefore, they deserve strict legal action.

The Maharashtra government recently enacted the Special Public Safety Act. Extreme leftist organizations, especially the Naxalites, do not respect the constitution of India. The Maharashtra government says that this law has been made to control them. Many people object to that law.

Even the extreme right-wing fanatics in India who call themselves Hindutva do not accept the Constitution. How can these extreme right-wing, Hindutva aka Manuwadis who do not accept the Constitution achieve anything with a bright face? How can they write a book like ‘Why Change the Constitution’? How can they hold a public release ceremony in Pune? Do these anti-constitutional people have support from within the government? This question arises.

Even a quick glance at this magazine shows that there are extreme right-wing Hindutva aka Manuwadis in it.

Those who are unequal, self-supremacist, self-dominant and fanatic do not accept the egalitarian Constitution of India. Because the dominance and superiority of their group in all fields in the old Manuwadi system has been rejected by the Indian Constitution.

All Indian citizens have been brought to the same level under the law. The principle of giving equal opportunities to all citizens in all fields has been accepted. The principle of giving special opportunities to those who were denied equal opportunities by the old Manuwadi system for thousands of years has been accepted.

Those who we used to treat as slaves in the old days. Those who used to be always present to serve us have now started coming on our equal footing with us because of the constitution, which is the real burning in the stomach of these Manuwadis.

Therefore, they try to change the constitution. These groups should create the same kind of dominance over everyone in the old days as our group had over everyone. Whatever we say is the truth. These fools think that whatever we say should be accepted by everyone.

Therefore, these people are raising their voices against the constitution that seeks to establish equality and social justice in India in every possible way. All the constitution-loving groups should crush the stings of such poisonous scorpions wherever they can.

Because such anti-constitutional people spread bigotry, casteism, conservatism, and xenophobia in the minds of the Indian people. They endanger the unity of the nation. Such bigoted people are against all kinds of progress of the nation.

Because in their minds, constitutional values like freedom, equality, justice, brotherhood, secularism, truth, peace, non-violence, rationalism, and science have no place.

In history, the caste system here deprived the human rights of the majority of people in India. They exploited them inhumanly. Due to this, the men and all women who were considered Shudras and ultra-suddens in India remained inferior, destitute, and Dalits, these anti-constitutional people do not know that. Even if they know, they have no interest in them.

Our modern nation-builders took note of the terrible social reality of India, which separates man from man and gives free rein to the exploitation of man. To change this dangerous social reality, the Constitution of India was created with great thought under the intellectual leadership of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

The Constitution of India weaves together the people who are diverse and are separated from each other by caste, religion, language, etc., in the firm thread of national unity. It takes special care of the progress of those who have been deliberately left behind in the flow of progress.

Therefore, it burns in the stomachs of the old Manuists. Therefore, these Manuists speak against the Constitution.

I once again strongly condemn such tendencies. I demand that the government itself take strict legal action against these anti-constitutional people.
