In such a situation, the Central Government has not taken any action against the said anti-national lawyer, nor has the government filed a case of treason against that lawyer under the National Security Act.
This has not been discussed in the Parliament of the country and the Legislative Assemblies of the states. Freedom of expression is being strangled across the country today.
By opposing secularism, the role of religious nationalism is being taken. Religious and communal polarization is being created. Due to this, conflicts are being created between religions and castes. Therefore, religious fanaticism and casteism are emerging in the country today.
Questions are being raised that create a rift in society. Today, social Social instability is being created by disrupting the atmosphere of harmony/reconciliation. Due to this, unrest has arisen in the country today.
In fact, the Constitution has not been truly implemented. On the contrary, the Constitution is being opposed and the talk of changing the Constitution is being made. The democratic constitutional parliamentary process is being sidelined. The government is running its affairs in a dictatorial manner. An attempt is being made to end democracy.
That is why today the rights, privileges and freedoms of the citizens are in danger. The democracy of the country itself is in danger.
