On February 3, 2026, in Mul city under Chandrapur district, a “Public Servant Recognition Ceremony” has been organized by the Chandrapur and Gadchiroli district branches and taluka office bearers of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai, on the occasion of the felicitation ceremony of Prof. Mahesh Panse, Vice President of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai Region.
The special feature of this ceremony is that the works of a dynamic, sensitive leader will be presented to the attendees. That strong leader is none other than Prof. Mahesh Panse, the Regional Vice President of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai.
Prof. Mahesh Panse is a source of profound love and open-hearted friendship! He loves all his fellow journalists and friends from all walks of life without considering caste or creed, and is always ready to protect them through friendship.
Similarly, he looks at his family members with affection and a sense of equality. His affectionate actions make everyone feel like they belong.
Prof. Mahesh Panse is a path of far-sighted duty and practical action. Because of the vibrancy in his journalism, his mind is always focused on serving himself and others.
When he was the Chandrapur District President and subsequently the East Vidarbha President of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai, he worked very diligently on building the district and taluka branches in six districts under the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai.
It was as if he was “recruiting an army to win a war!” Yes, he has accomplished many such excellent tasks. While building various district and taluka branches, they implemented special initiatives through various programs organized by the taluka branches, which inspired students. They honored and felicitated the students and their parents through these programs, and motivated them for a bright future.
Along with this, through many initiatives, they distributed helmets to students and officers/employees for their safety.
When Prof. Mahesh Panse was the Chandrapur District President, a district convention was held in Chimur Kranti Nagari under his leadership and guidance. The then Chandrapur District Vice President, Chimur Taluka President, and other office bearers of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai, made special efforts to make the district convention a success.
Naturally, Prof. Mahesh Panse was the mastermind and guide of the district convention. Many former and current ministers, former MLAs, the world-renowned philosopher Gemini Kadu, and other dignitaries attended this convention.

On the occasion of this district convention, tree plantation was carried out at various places by the dignitaries present, and dignitaries from various fields were honored.
All the office bearers and journalists of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai branches from Gadchiroli and Chandrapur districts, and other respected men and women were present at this district convention.
The way Prof. Mahesh Panse strived, guided, and directly cooperated to make the district convention a success, his efforts, cooperation, and guidance during the convention proved to be inspiring and energizing for all the journalists present. He also demonstrated through his actions and duties how journalists should serve the public.
After this, he did not stop or get tired. He organized numerous programs in almost all the talukas of Chandrapur district through the taluka branches, which encouraged and inspired students and their parents.
Similarly, he honored dignitaries working in various fields, officers working in various offices, and Heartwarming programs were organized to honor and felicitate the employees.
According to Prof. Mahesh Panse, officers, employees, and dignitaries who are doing excellent work in various offices and fields should be honored and felicitated, and they should be firmly supported for the benefit of the people.
Similarly, he inspired and energized the journalists by suggesting that the direction of programs to encourage students and their parents academically should be determined in different ways.

Under the guidance of the then State President of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai, senior editor Vasant Munde, and under the leadership of Prof. Mahesh Panse, the various types of relief work carried out in East Vidarbha during the Corona period were commendable.
Under the relief work, food grains, essential commodities, medicines, necessary supplies, and other types of assistance were provided to the people of East Vidarbha by the office bearers of various branches under the Maharashtra State Journalists Association, Mumbai.
The assistance provided by the office bearers of the Maharashtra State Journalists Association to thousands of distressed men and women during the COVID-19 pandemic, under the guidance and leadership of Prof. Mahesh Panse, is truly unforgettable!
The help given to the public during times of crisis is invaluable, and because it provides solace, it keeps one aware of their duty.
Therefore, Prof. Mahesh Panse’s unparalleled work is not only beneficial to society, but his work and duties also provide the right direction to journalists.
Prof. Mahesh Panse has made hundreds of journalists understand the crucial point that if there is a guide who provides the right direction, then no one can stop them from performing their duties and work effectively.
Many journalists are convinced that a great friend, excellent colleague, and proper guide in journalism like Prof. Mahesh Panse, who gives this mantra of “no one can stop you,” while guiding and showing the right path in various duties and tasks, is impossible to find.
Prof. Mahesh Panse has done unique work in forming office bearers for many branches under the Maharashtra Journalists Association, Mumbai, providing them with necessary guidance, showing them the right direction, giving them various kinds of support, creating excellent journalists, removing fear from the minds of journalists, and fostering a sense of affection in the hearts of journalists towards the public as well as officials and employees.
Because of this, Prof. Mahesh Panse is not only a philosophical professor and a senior journalist, but first and foremost, he is a good human being with a humane heart and a critical social worker with profound knowledge.
The Vidarbha convention held in Brahmapuri and the convention held in Nagpur under his guidance proved to be particularly positive for the Journalists Association. It has also been observed that Professor Mahesh Panse’s work and actions possess an immense capacity to neutralize toxic thoughts.
