The question is, will the MPs from the Bahujan community, who passed and implemented the UGC Act in Parliament, raise their voices in support of that law in Parliament? And will they cooperate with the activists outside of Parliament for the bright future of the students of their respective categories?
Along with this, the expectation of all the OBC, SC, ST, and minority students is that the MLAs across the country, including Maharashtra, should come forward without fear in support of the UGC Act and cooperate with the protesters!
However, if the MPs from the OBC, SC, ST, minority, and Denotified and Nomadic Tribes categories are not going to fight the parliamentary, extra-parliamentary, and legal battles to implement the UGC Act, then it cannot be said that they represent the community.
Similarly, the students pursuing higher education under the rules of this Act will also be of the opinion that the legal experts, renowned lawyers, office bearers of social organizations and political parties, and activists from the Bahujan community in India should come together to implement the UGC Act and show their strength and unity to the Brahmins!
If the SC, ST, and OBC communities continue to fight unitedly from the streets to the Parliament, then no power can save the Manuwadi system. No power in the world can stop the Bahujans.
The Manu media will not show the nationwide protests in support of the UGC, but the truth is that the country is ablaze today. A large number of Bahujan students have taken to the streets for their rights. This is not a minor protest, but a historic mass movement. The government should immediately implement the UGC regulations; no further delay will be tolerated – this is the stance of the students and those supporting them.
It is also the opinion of legal experts, prominent lawyers from the Bahujan community, and office-bearers of many political parties and social organizations that if the Supreme Court is acting arbitrarily, then impeachment proceedings should be initiated against the Chief Justice according to the Constitution, and an ordinance should be immediately passed in Parliament.
The voice resonating through the protests across India is that the Bahujan community can sacrifice their lives, but they will not compromise on their rights. It would be better if the responsible judges of the Supreme Court, the ruling party, and the opposition leaders understand this soon.
History is witness that we have obtained all our rights through movements; we have had to fight, we have had to make sacrifices – this voice has reached across the country through the protests.
Only upper castes get everything without hard work, not the Bahujans. Therefore, the struggle will continue – for the Constitution, education, and equality – and the voices of those saying this can no longer be suppressed.
If there are Manuwadi judges, then the decisions will be against the OBCs, Dalits, and Adivasis – this voice of the protesters has reached worldwide.
Many scholars believe that when someone becomes a judge, they should not belong to any caste; they should be a nationalist.
But in India, Brahmins have never remained loyal to the country. Brahmins exploit every caste, while the upper castes feel secure seeing the exploitation of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes – this is the reality.
