Any kind of power is for the development of the people without any discrimination of caste or religion and for the protection of all men/all women/all youth/all unemployed/all farmers/all students/all girls and all children in India including the state of Maharashtra.

At the same time, there is power to protect the rights of all men and women in the country. There is power to advance them, there is power to destroy inequality. There is power to solve the problems of farmers, students, youth, unemployed, women, laborers. There is power to respect all the citizens and women, big and small, of the country.

No ruler or office bearer of the ruling party, activists, should mock farmers and all the citizens of the country, women, unemployed, youth, students, young women, laborers, should speak insultingly to them, should not create a dilemma for them, should not strangle them with improper methods.

This is why the Supreme Leader of the Disadvantaged, And. Prakash Ambedkar, has warned the OBC community that if you want to save your reservation, if you want to save your rights, you should defeat the BJP in the municipal council and municipal panchayat elections.

Reservation means all kinds of advancement of the OBC community. Therefore, it is their responsibility to save their reservation, as the National President of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, And. Prakash Ambedkar, has recognized. That is why he has primarily reminded the OBC community not to have blind faith in the BJP while challenging it.

Along with this, MNS chief Raj Thackeray has recognized that if the power of the Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat falls into the hands of the BJP and its allies, they will approve the closure of government schools and deprive the children of the poor from education.

Similarly, MNS chief Raj Thackeray has told the voters that they will act arbitrarily and indiscriminately to give the lands within the Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat limits to capitalists, i.e. industrialists Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani, for free.

Government schools are the breath and life of these poor students. The BJP and its allies have taken the decision to stop this breath. Due to this, MNS chief Raj Thackeray has made it clear that BJP and its allies should be defeated in the municipal council and nagar panchayat elections.

The main characteristic of a public representative is to represent the problems of the people. They (public representatives) must have communication skills towards the people. At the same time, the true concept of democracy is that public representatives should take care that while making laws or taking resolutions, there is no harm to citizens/women and anyone else.

As a public representative, their main duty is to present the problems, needs and expectations of the people in the Parliament or Legislative Assembly, in the Municipal Corporation, in the Zilla Parishad, in the Panchayat Committee, in the Municipal Council and in the Nagar Panchayat.

It is important for public representatives to have excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with the people and understand their questions.

An important characteristic of public representatives is to actively participate in the administration of government and be part of the decision-making process. Public representatives must adhere to ethical conduct and integrity so that the election process is fair.

At the same time, public representatives have to be responsible for their area of work and the work they do for the benefit of the people.

“A representative should be local. He should have a vision of development and knowledge of social work. At the same time, he should be well-educated, intelligent, intelligent, knowledgeable in law and socially committed. He should represent the people, work for the people, not be a factionalist, and even if the representatives focus on the development of their area, they should be true representatives who will make the country progress.

A good representative must have many qualities and abilities, so that he can properly represent his voters and protect their interests.

The qualities of a representative are as follows….

1. Honesty and ethics.

It is very important for representatives to be honest. They should perform their duties faithfully and not follow any corrupt ways. They should have high moral values, so that they can take the right decisions.

2. Contact with the public…

Representatives must be in regular contact with the public. It is important to understand their problems and needs. To communicate with the public, they should hold meetings, And seminars should be organized.

3. Capable leadership…

Representatives must have leadership skills. They should work together with their supporters and colleagues. They should have the ability to make and implement appropriate plans to achieve the goal.

4. Knowledge of law…

Representatives of the people must have a thorough knowledge of the laws and regulations of the country. They should do their work within the framework of the law.

5. Effective communication skills…

Representatives of the people must have effective communication skills. They should be able to express their thoughts clearly. They should have the ability to attract the public and convince them of their point of view.

6. Social commitment…

Representatives of the people should have a commitment to the society.

They should work for the benefit of the society. They should be ready to help the weak and disadvantaged sections.

7. Foresight…

Representatives of the people must have foresight. They should plan for the future. They must strive to take the country and society forward.

Apart from these qualities, a good representative of the people should focus on important issues like education, health, environment and development.

Overall, it is regrettable to say that the BJP and its allies have not yet understood what public representatives are for and what their duties are.
