Since the MLA of Chimur Assembly Constituency, all the concerned officers under Chandrapur District, and all the concerned department heads have been ineffective in understanding the essential and vital problems, facilities, and fundamental rights of the residents of the village of Chimur in Chimur Taluka under Chandrapur District for the past 10 years, it has become clear that all these responsible public representatives and responsible officers are not following the fundamental law under democracy responsibly.

There was a group gram panchayat under Chimur taluka consisting of three villages namely Mauja Sardpar, Mauja Kag, and Mauja Sonegaon. However, to give Chimur the status of a municipal council, two villages namely Mauja Sonegaon and Mauja Kag were taken out of the group gram panchayat and included in the Chimur municipal council.

Why did all the concerned officials and MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia under Chandrapur district ignore the basic rights and essential facilities of the residents of Mouja Sardpar while making Chimur a municipal council? Will they give a legal account of this now? This question is also very serious!
For the past 10 years, the residents of Mouja Sardpar have been living in a local All kinds of neglect by the people’s representatives and the authorities of Chandrapur district is a serious issue and the people feel that it is necessary for the Maharashtra government to pay attention to this issue.
Due to the wrong working practices of the people’s representatives and the authorities of Chandrapur district, it is being said that the village of Mauja Sardpar in Chimur taluka under Chandrapur district is no longer registered in the government records, this is shocking.
