That is why the Bharat Mukti Morcha has started a Jail Bharo movement across the country today, i.e. 9 April 2025, to protest the anti-national and anti-constitutional Central Government (BJP-supported Central Government i.e. Government of India) and various state governments and to bring their anti-people policies to the attention of the citizens.

Indian citizens have experienced judges who do not perform their judicial role within the framework of the Indian Constitution. So, be it the unconstitutional decision in the Ayodhya “Babri Masjid demolition case, the unconstitutional decision in the reservation case for the Scheduled Castes and Tribes, or the various decisions in the case of EVM machines, all these decisions have been made in favor of the upper castes and it has been said on behalf of the Indian Bahujan Samaj that these decisions have been made by the Supreme Court to continuously protect them.
Overall, a picture has emerged that the trust of the citizens of the Bahujan Samaj in the Indian rulers, the Indian administration and the Indian judiciary has been lost.
World-renowned writer Annabhau Sathe has already said that in a country where the judiciary cannot protect the highest interests of the citizens, cannot protect/protect the citizens, such a judiciary is itself corrupt and the Bahujan Samaj that works with hatred is a traitor.

To once again disenfranchise and enslave the Bahujan community, capitalism has been vigorously promoted by the BJP and its allies. Similarly, the Bahujan community has also started to be exploited through contractual means.
The capitalist system and the contractual system implemented by the BJP are the real enemies of the majority of Bahujan citizens of this country and are the number one policies that threaten their future.
