The Constitution reflects the emotions, hopes, and aspirations of the people of India. Because of this, the Constitution has protected all the people of India in every aspect and has opened up all avenues of progress under its rights. Therefore, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, the nation-builder of India, and an ideal guide and source of inspiration for men and women worldwide, is the very existence of all the men and women of India and the heart of the country.

In modern times, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is the best character, the supreme existence, and the greatest and most expansive heart of India.

That is, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is the epoch-making figure who, through numerous struggles and through the Constitution, preserved and protected the existence, character, and heart of all the people of India. For such a universally acclaimed great social reformer and the nation-builder who brought about Republic Day, to be rejected on Republic Day by the heads of state, officials, employees, men and women of India, based on caste discrimination and hatred, is tantamount to denying one’s own existence, character, and heart, and laying the foundation for destroying oneself along with one’s rights. It is, in fact, the act of turning one’s own life into ashes.

The great Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is recorded in world history. Therefore, the great historical work he did for the upliftment of all men and women of India without discrimination and hatred, his historically virtuous character, and his historical existence cannot be destroyed or erased by any powerful or ordinary person in India; this is a reality and a truth.

The world-famous and universally acclaimed epoch-making figure, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, created the law of laws through the Constitution and opened the necessary paths of progress and advancement for all men and women of India. He brought into existence legal rights for them to live a better life and granted them legal rights through the Constitution to protect them. Not acknowledging this great man on Republic Day and other days is not only an inhumane act by all legal officeholders, officials, employees, and citizens of India, but also an act of discrimination and hatred.

He liberated the men and women of India from the oppressive slavery of discriminatory, hateful, tyrannical, unjust, and rightless laws, morals, and destiny of Manusmriti and other religious texts, through immense hard work, tremendous struggle, and unprecedented great knowledge, by means of the Constitution.

Insulting, hating, and discriminating against the same Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is a heinous act… The actions and conduct of officeholders, officers, and employees are a threat to the nation. They also foster discrimination and spread hatred. No one has the right to engage in such actions or conduct.

Therefore, whether it is the President or the Governor, the Prime Minister or the Chief Minister, ministers or ministers of state, judges or officers, employees or office bearers of political parties, office bearers of social organizations or ordinary citizens, they should not insult, hate, or discriminate against Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of India.

It must be said that it is a mentality of the lowest and most despicable kind for these many officeholders, officers, and employees to insult, hate, and discriminate against the universally respected great man, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, who shaped them, placed them in positions existing according to law and procedure, gave them the opportunity to become officers and employees, and granted them the right to live a dignified life.

Such officeholders should be removed from their positions immediately, and officers and employees should be dismissed without delay. Along with this, cases should be filed against them under charges of sedition.

Furthermore, when will the politicians, office bearers of social organizations, officers and employees, men and women of this country realize that the Constitution has given the right to men and women of India, without any discrimination, to become President, Governor, Member of Parliament, Member of Legislative Assembly, Municipal Councillor, Zilla Parishad member, Panchayat Samiti member, Gram Panchayat member (public representatives) and other officeholders, and the right to become officers and employees?

The right to become Prime Minister, Union Minister, Minister of State, Minister with independent charge, and heads of other committees and institutions has been given from among the Members of Parliament.

Similarly, the right to become Chief Minister, Cabinet Minister, Minister of State, Chairman and members of ministerial committees, and other types of officeholders has been given from among the Members of the Legislative Assembly.

Along with this… The right to become mayor, deputy mayor, municipal president, vice-president, chairpersons of other committees, and head and members of the planning committee was granted to the corporators.

Similarly, the right to become the District Council President, Vice-President, chairpersons and members of various committees was granted to the members of the District Council.

And the right to become the chairperson, vice-chairperson, and members of other committees was given to the members of the Panchayat Samiti.

Moreover, women and men in this country were given the right to become officers, employees, judges, lawyers, doctors, social workers, politicians, party leaders, organization heads, and institution heads in various fields.

The right to become Sarpanch, Up-Sarpanch, and members of other committees was given to the Gram Panchayat members, who are the backbone of the rural areas.

Not mentioning the name of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, one of the world’s greatest scholars, a great social reformer, and the architect of the constitution of India, on Republic Day is a terrible political conspiracy. All the men and women of India should recognize this political conspiracy in time and stop respecting and cooperating with those involved in it.

It is extremely unfortunate that the name of the framer of the constitution, because of whom we are celebrating this festival of democracy today, is not mentioned in the speech, or that the attendees are not given information about him….
