Voters should understand that in any general election, no party, candidate of that party or independent candidate remains effective, but the voters remain effective.
In general elections, leaders of all the parties, candidates, independent candidates go to the doorsteps of the voters directly or through their workers and request them to elect their party’s candidates.
Along with this, they also appeal to the voters and request them to elect independent candidates.
Voters work to elect the candidates of the national party, candidates of regional parties and independent candidates with their own votes, making them public servants, i.e. people’s representatives.
Due to this, voters are more effective than the candidates-leaders of the national and regional parties. Voters should understand that they are in power.
The nation builder Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar gave the right to vote to all the adult citizens and all the adult women of India, “to keep the party that deceives and cheats and deprives the citizens of their rights away from power!
In other words, in order to maintain its own existence and to protect itself to the best of its ability, to improve itself to the best of its ability, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has given the right to vote to all the adult citizens and all the adult women of this country.
Thirdly, the right to vote to the citizens and women of the OBC, SC, ST, minority, anti-vigilance, and other Bahujan communities of India, which Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has given, is not for the politics of caste and religion, but to preferentially elect promising, poor, dutiful, sensitive, efficient candidates and for the improvement of its own society and other citizens!..
Fourthly, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar gave the right to vote to all citizens and women of India so that, “the youth, unemployed, students of your society should become the owners and drivers of this country, become leaders, become entrepreneurs, become heads of government institutions, become officers and employees without money, become MPs and MLAs, all citizens and women of this country should be able to live with self-respect, stand on their own feet, keep the government under control as farmers, no one should raise slogans about the honor of women and men, young women and youth of all societies, you should not have time to stretch your hands in front of anyone…
But the leaders of national parties and regional parties who consider themselves worthy (leaders who have enjoyed power and are helpless) by following the wrong method of work or by making the citizens and women of this country capable, efficient, aware, alert, dutiful, sensible, educated-highly educated, instead of making them weak It is seen that they have been kept, made helpless.
A direct example of this is asking for votes by giving money to male and female voters before or during the elections. This is an attempt and method to make the voters helpless and powerless through temptations, a device to keep them weak forever…
Therefore, while facing the vote during the Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat general elections, the voters in the state of Maharashtra should take a clear stand and, without succumbing to the temptation of money, should recognize the value of their vote and their own strength and elect the right candidate.
It is fair to say that the voters should carry out the voting process fairly without selling themselves, i.e. their own votes, according to the Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat general elections under the market of power.
Therefore, it is clear that considering the strength and power of the vote and the voters, the voters are more effective and powerful during the election period than the national parties, their leaders and the regional parties, their leaders.
The power given by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar to the common citizens/women of the country through the franchise is extraordinary.
It is a fact that from the day the voters realize the value and power of their own vote, the ruling party will not trample on the rights of the voters, will not weaken them, will not ignore their legitimate demands, will not prevent them from becoming empowered.
But, the important question is when will the voters understand themselves and their own vote and when will they reject money during the election period…
