MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia is not the law, but he is a part of democracy, not the killer of democracy. Therefore, as a representative of the people, he should strictly follow the law. Similarly, the law says that he should not enter the office of Chimur Sub-Divisional Police Officer Rakesh Jadhav under pressure to save the accused in the serious and heinous crime case that took place in Chimur Police Station, that is, all the accused BJP workers.
If Kirtikumar Bhangadia, the MLA of the ruling party of Maharashtra state, is struggling to save his own party accused in a serious case with the blessings of power or is using pressure on the police officer in some way to save his own party accused, then why should the police officers listen to him? This issue is also Chimur It is being raised by the citizens of the taluka.
On Monday, April 14, 2025, a complaint was filed at Chimur Police Station regarding the atrocities committed against a minor girl.
After a complaint is filed in a serious case, police officers perform sensitive and sensitive duties under the guidance of senior officers according to their experience.
The police never look at the caste of the accused and they do not even protect or pamper the accused in serious cases.
Similarly, it is a fact that police officers perform their duties on time in serious cases according to their punctuality.
In such a situation, instead of allowing the Chimur police to perform their duties on time, why did BJP workers go to the Chimur police station and raise a ruckus? Why did they repeatedly obstruct the work of the police? Why did they throw stones at the police station? Why did they break the glass of the police station? Why did they beat up female police constables by throwing stones? Many serious questions are in front of them.
I and no one can support the atrocious accused. The law will also give them appropriate punishment in time according to the evidence!
However, did hundreds of BJP-supported activists consciously go to Chimur Police Station and stage a protest just because the accused belongs to the Muslim community? And did they repeatedly try to put pressure on the police in a planned manner? This will not go unnoticed through the CCTV cameras in Chimur Police Station.
However, when it is realized that the Chimur Police are performing their duty according to their experience, they do not come under pressure even after the protest, the BJP activists must have consciously pelted stones and broken the glass of the Chimur Police Station, and the female police constables must have been beaten up during the stone-pelting, such a real doubt has started to settle in the minds of Chimurkars and the citizens of Chimur taluka.
If the Chimur Police had not arrested the atrocious accused on time, the protest and angry outcry of the BJP-supported activists at Chimur Police Station would have been understandable.
But, the rant and angry outcry should also be legal. Only then does that rant and angry outcry have any significance.
Did BJP-supported activists consciously raise a rant in the police station with the intention of spreading hatred in the society because the accused belong to a particular caste? The police must also look into this seriously. Because the police department must keep in mind that the consequences of hatred are very dangerous in the long run.
Whatever the BJP activists say after the inappropriate and unjust events at Chimur Police Station, it is evident from many types of criminal cases that their inappropriate and unjust actions at Chimur Police Station are serious in terms of law.
This is why Chandrapur District Superintendent of Police Sudarshan Mukkama, Chimur Sub-Divisional Police Officer Rakesh Jadhav, Chimur Police Station Thanedar Santosh Bakkal, without succumbing to pressure from the MLAs, are of the opinion that the people of Maharashtra should fulfill their legal duties as intended for democracy within the framework of the Indian Constitution.
As Gadchiroli-Chimur Lok Sabha constituency MP Dr. Namdevrao Kirsan said in a program in Bhisi, “If the ruling party MLAs want to accept the mandate, the officers should be transferred in time.
The officers who accept the mandate in the Chimur assembly constituency should not be stigmatized as having no work to do.
