Customers in the rural areas of Chimur Taluka—located within the Chandrapur District of Maharashtra state—have become extremely distressed due to the persistent lack of Jio network coverage.
Citizens are facing significant difficulties as the Jio network frequently remains unavailable. Furthermore, this persistent network issue has become a source of unnecessary harassment for customers.
Obstacles are arising in various activities, including communicating via mobile phones, conducting online transactions, and accessing government services.
Customers are demanding that the directors and staff of Jio resolve these network-related issues.
In recent times, the directors and employees of Jio have failed to provide adequate network connectivity to their customers. Consequently, Jio subscribers have become severely frustrated.
As Jio’s service continues to fail in providing sufficient network coverage to its users, customers are now left pondering a critical question: “Should we switch our SIM cards and move away from this company?”
