PMO (Prime Minister Office) Additional Director Kiran Patel (IAS) arrives at Srinagar airport by flight along with his wife and daughter on 25 October 2022 (25, 26, 27) to go on a three-day tour of Jammu Kashmir. As per protocol, Pulwama’s Deputy Commissioner Bashir-ul-Haq goes to receive them.
He is given grand treatment at the Lalit Grand five-star hotel in Srinagar (obviously at government expense). After reaching that hotel, 12 commandos of special security force are provided for Kiran Patel saheb’s tour.
Two bulletproof Scorpio vehicles are given. Discussion takes place with local Jammu Kashmir BJP leader Manjoor Bhat. Saheb also holds a press conference. Using the tour as a pretext, he completes a tour of various parts of Jammu Kashmir with his family for the next three days and on 27 February directly departs by flight from Srinagar to Ahmedabad.
After that, merely three and a half months later on 6 February 2023, Kiran Patel saheb again comes on a three-day tour of Jammu Kashmir. This time too he instructs Deputy Commissioner Chaudhary and asks to send the same convoy of 12 commandos and two bulletproof vehicles as last time.
This time however, diamond trader Amit Pandya (whose father Nitesh Pandya works as Additional PRO in Gujarat Government’s C.M.O. office) is with him.
This time Kiran Patel saheb gives various presentations in meetings with Chaudhary saheb and other officials at various places. He also holds a formal meeting of IAS IPS officers for building a Smart Tower in Srinagar.
After that he also inspects the Aman Setu checkpost on the India-Pakistan border. He clicks many photos there and goes viral on his social media and his Twitter handle as well. Finally completing the three-day tour, on 8 February he arrives by flight from Srinagar to Ahmedabad.
After that, Saheb’s third tour of Jammu Kashmir comes again on 2 March 2023. Wait — his third tour comes from 24 to 28 February 2023. This time too he instructs Deputy Commissioner (IAS) Bashir-ul-Haq Chaudhary and asks to send the same convoy, the same two vehicles, the same entourage.
This time Dr. Hardik Chandana and Amit Pandya are with Saheb.
Now he holds discussions on various subjects with Deputy Commissioner Chaudhary as well as other IAS, IPS officers. Traders of Jaysitapara Steel, put forward the idea of creating a cold store and recommend to Kiran Patel to make efforts regarding it. Similarly, IAS officer of Badgaon, Ming Sherpa, puts forward the idea of renovating an old Santoor Hotel and also speaks that demand to Kiran Patel saheb.
Finally completing this four-day official tour, on 28 February he again arrives by flight from Srinagar to Ahmedabad.
After that Saheb’s fourth tour comes again on 2 March 2023. As usual Saheb gets the same Lalit Grand Hotel, the same convoy of 12 commandos, the same two bulletproof Scorpios, the same visits, the same press conference — everything equally impressive.
But this time a new IAS officer, Fakruddin Hamid, who is Deputy Commissioner of Badgaon, for the first time gets suspicious from Kiran Patel’s body language.
However without telling anyone about this suspicion, he checks the list of IAS officers of all ranks in the PMO office for the name Kiran Patel. He finds the name Kiran Patel nowhere. He is shocked with surprise!…
By now Saheb had completed four tours. How did no one get suspicious in all four tours?
Four tours of the same Saheb in just six months, that too in the same state!
Fakruddin Hamid (Deputy Commissioner Badgaon) understood everything. Very soon in a few days, Kiran Patel saheb’s fifth tour of Srinagar came again.
He was provided the same convoy from the airport, the same vehicles, the same twelve commandos, the same Lalit Grand Hotel. And then after going to the hotel, Kiran Patel’s cover was blown and SP saheb arrested him and the police were satisfied. He was then sent to Gujarat and remanded to judicial custody. Now Kiran Patel is Gujarat’s third thug (Modi/Shah being the first and second) sitting in prison.
How did this happen? There is a history to it…
When in February 2022 there was a landslide in Jammu Kashmir during the Amarnath Yatra. At that time, Bashir-ul-Haq, as Deputy Commissioner of Pahalgam, was the chief responsible for rescue operations and teams. RSS’s prominent national worker Triloksingh Chavan was stuck in that Amarnath Yatra. Bashir-ul-Haq Chaudhary saheb had taken great efforts to bring him out safely.
At that time while speaking to journalists, Bashir saheb told Triloksingh Chavan saheb that you are in Delhi, please introduce me to some senior big officer in Delhi so that we can get our stuck works done. It is obvious that whether it is BJP’s state government or central government, since they are RSS-led, the RSS office bearer’s clout is more than that of a minister.
In this context, Chaudhary saheb requested Triloksingh Chavan saheb. Within just a few days, Triloksingh Chavan saheb and Kiran Patel met. Halakhi — they had known each other since 2016. But Triloksingh Chavan was not aware of Kiran Patel’s true identity.
When Triloksingh Chavan and Kiran Patel met in July 2022, Kiran Patel told him that I am in the PMO office at the post of Additional Director.
But you introduce me to some senior administrative officer of Jammu Kashmir. So that our stuck works get done. Then Triloksingh Chavan saheb thought that Kiran Patel is saying introduce me to senior big administrative officers of Srinagar. On the other side Chaudhary says introduce me to big officers of Delhi. Very soon within a few days, Triloksingh Chavan introduces Bashir-ul-Haq Chaudhary to Kiran Patel. Then fake card Kiran Patel gives to Chaudhary.
And from there onwards……
The above true but dramatic history happens……..!
Think — if this same Kiran Patel had been a Muslim and not from Gujarat then….
If this same Kiran Patel had been a spy of Pakistan then….
If the photos and videos he had taken by going to the Aman Setu checkpost of LOC had fallen into Pakistan’s hands then…
One fraudster comes as a senior government officer not once, not twice but completes four successful tours. In those tours he holds meetings of IAS, IPS rank officers. Holds press conferences. Challenges our administrative bureaucracy. Pierces through the intelligence of all our IAS, IPS officers….
What should one call this? Does UPSC’s curriculum have the ability to recognize the intelligence of a character like Kiran Patel?
This is the RSS-led Central Government and the state of Maharashtra which has a state government!…
Whenever the BJP government has come in this country — during 1998 and 1999 to 2004 — the Kandahar plane hijacking incident happened during their tenure itself, in which notorious terrorist Maulana Masood Azhar had to be paid and released to free Indian citizens!
Today in Maharashtra and in the country, so many Kiran Patels are still seen roaming around. Now they have the protection of the RSS-led government.
Then in 2029, the last opportunity in the hands of voters to remove RSS-led central and state governments!
For that, permanently removing EVM and voting only on ballot paper. This is now our birthright. We the people of India will definitely get it…..
