All kinds of illegal businesses are prevalent in the Chimur assembly constituency, and it is clear that MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia, along with local police officers and revenue officers, are completely ignoring these illegal businesses.
If illegal businesses are prevalent in the area of work of MLAs and police officers who consider themselves efficient and capable, then it must be said that they consciously ignore the happiness, peace, protection and progress of the people…
If the sacrifices of MLAs and officers, their knowledge, their experience, are not meaningful for the welfare of the people, happiness, their progress, employment generation, the interest of farmers, the protection of citizens and the empowerment of the entire society, then what is the importance of that MLA and that officer position? Only MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia and the relevant officials of Chimur taluka can answer this…
In order to drag the citizens of MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia’s constituency into the pit of addiction, country liquor is being supplied in large quantities to the villages from four places in Chimur taluka itself.
Along with this, betting houses are operating freely everywhere in Chimur taluka. The main centers of betting houses are the villages of Chimur, Motegaon, Shankarpur, Bhisi, Jambhulghat, Neri, Khadsangi. Along with this, there is confidential information that gambling houses are operating in the name of clubs in Chimur, Bhisi and in the Shankarpur area. Similarly, illegal sand and pimple businesses are running rampant in Chimur taluka.
Mr. Kirtikumar Bhangadia became an MLA and for the last 9 years, illegal businesses have been allowed to flourish in Chimur taluka. Similarly, by appointing irresponsible and unethical officials in Chimur taluka, an environment conducive to illegal businesses was created.
For the past many years, illegal sand, illegal soil and illegal sand have been used in large quantities for road construction and are still being used today.
Although the then and present concerned officials were called and informed about illegal sand and sand mining, they misused their authority to protect the company owners, contractors and lease holders by painting paper horses in an inappropriate manner. This is a fact known only to a few journalists, former sarpanches and thousands of citizens in Chimur taluka.
The work of putting the mineral wealth of Chimur taluka in the hands of company owners, company road contractors, and illegal businessmen through illegal mining has been regularized and continues even today…
What is the reason for not taking action against the illegal businessmen and people who are illegally mining sand and gravel in Chimur taluka, company owners? MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadiya and the concerned officials should explain this to the people of Chimur assembly constituency…

Through big programs, “Big work is fake,” this is the perception that is currently being seen in the Chimur assembly constituency. The hype of development work is only for self-promotion and the hype behind this hype is part of the strategy for the next election…
Getting road works approved is a part of the work of improving the communication system and getting building constructions approved is a part of the work of solving the problems of comfort and convenience of office bearers and officials.
Similarly, getting the construction of other buildings approved and giving ownership to the social groups is part of the public program, the cultural program.
But, a public representative is considered efficient and capable only when he looks at the protection, happiness, prosperity, problems, caste, caste, and pays attention to the people of his constituency…
Under the program under which the progress and peace of the people are achieved No, the public is not protected, the public cannot be saved from addiction, employment cannot be provided to the public and the unemployed, the problems of the public cannot be reduced, the work under such fragmented programs does not have any importance.
The work through which the questions of the public are not solved, that work ultimately does not answer the problems, on the contrary, such work becomes an obstacle to social change.
The MLAs, ministers and officials of Maharashtra state, including MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia, should understand that.
The question for the ruling MLAs, ministers and officials of Maharashtra state is whether they will close the illegal businesses in Maharashtra state including Chimur taluka? Because they are responsible public servants towards the people of Maharashtra state….
