Chief Executive Editor…

The Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) High Court under the Mumbai bench has ordered to register a case against the police officers and police personnel responsible for the death of Somnath Suryavanshi in police custody in the Parbhani case. When will the Parbhani District Superintendent of Police comply with this order? This is the question that the people of Maharashtra are asking.

The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of the State of Maharashtra in the Somnath Suryavanshi case and has upheld the decision of the Sambhaji Nagar bench. Due to this, there is public opinion that the Home Minister of the State of Maharashtra should look into this matter seriously.

“No Chief Minister has lied so much till date,” said Somnath Suryavanshi’s mother Vijayabai last week. And it turned out to be true…

The Supreme Court upheld the High Court’s order to file a case against the police in the case of Somnath Suryavanshi’s death in police custody.

This decision has dealt a blow to the government, which has been supporting the wrong and life-threatening actions of the police.

The High Court had ordered to file a case against the police concerned within a week in the case of Somnath Suryavanshi’s death.

However, the government did not take action accordingly. Due to this, the picture was created that the government is supporting the police who committed the crime in this case.

When this issue was raised in the legislature, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said in the House, “Two reasons for the death of Somnath Suryavanshi have come forward in the autopsy report.

Therefore, a conclusion will be drawn only after the final report comes.

After this, the state government challenged the High Court’s decision in the Supreme Court. Like the High Court, the Supreme Court also heard the case from the Supreme Court, led by the leader of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, Prakash Ambedkar.

In the completed hearing of this case, the Supreme Court upheld the High Court’s order to register cases against the police.

Therefore, now the Chief Minister and Home Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, will have to register cases against the concerned police and arrest them.

Now everyone’s attention is on how quickly they do this process or even if they are dragging their feet. Meanwhile, deaths in police custody are considered a serious matter.

Even after this, the Fadnavis government’s delay in registering cases in this case, citing various reasons, has become incomprehensible.

After this stand of Devendra Fadnavis, Vijayabai Suryavanshi had expressed a heated reaction, saying, “I have never seen such a false Chief Minister.”

“Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had lied blatantly in the House on the Somnath Suryavanshi death case. He made a statement that tarnished Maharashtra”, he had also expressed his anger at that time.

The Supreme Court gave a blow to Devendra Fadnavis, who did not file a case against the police by saying that there were two reasons for Somnath Suryavanshi’s death! ..

Will the Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who define the law in different ways, uphold the honor of the Supreme Court and the Sambhaji Nagar Bench within the framework of the law, “in the Somnath Suryavanshi death case? This is the question of the people of Maharashtra state.

But when will the Maharashtra rulers come to their senses in the name of combing operation, in which a terrible atrocity is being committed against a specific community?
