A criminal case under the Atrocity section has been filed in the Warora District and Sessions Court under Chandrapur District against the Bihar Government and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Chief Secretary Meena, District Collector Thyagarajan Gaya and Mahant Pujari.
The criminal case of Atrocity against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and others was heard today on 04/06/2025 in the court of the Honorable Special District and Sessions Judge Warora. The case has been posted for order on 18/06/2025.
On the complaint of Akash Lama, the Superintendent of Police and Thanedar of Gaya filed a bogus FIR against Bhante Vinayacharya under several sections without any reason and put him in jail and the police administration failed in its duty. Due to this, a demand has been made in the court today to register an FIR against him too.
Without asking for a single rupee from the society, without taking out any agitation or march Vinod Khobragade says that as an Indian citizen, he has filed this case for justice and rights to liberate Mahabodhi Mahavihar Bodh Gaya and for criminal action against the culprits through Indian constitutional means.
