Chimur Tehsildar Shridhar Rajmane, under the pressure and with his blessings of the ruling MLA, makes the Jambhulghat Mandal officers submit a false report and releases both the highways filled with sand unconditionally and without any punitive action. His duty under the aegis of the MLAs is extremely shameful, tarnishing the duty intended according to democracy. It is now clear that he is cheating and betraying the citizens of Mouja Pimpalgaon including Chimur taluka.
Therefore, Chimur Tehsildar Shridhar Rajmane is the one who is responsible for the sand and mud The fact that illegal mining was and is being ignored has come to light according to the fabricated and false reports of the board officials.
Chimur taluka tehsildar Shridhar Rajmane, who has been deliberately ignoring the illegal mining of sand and morun mineral resources, has been repeatedly and continuously damaging important mineral resources like sand and morun in Chimur taluka through smuggling.
Similarly, since Tehsildar Shridhar Rajmane is keeping quiet about sand and morun smuggling, on whose orders does he do wrong things? And does he perform his duty? And how much mineral resources worth rupees have been stolen so far during his tenure, the people of Chimur taluka are of the opinion that the Nagpur Divisional Commissioner should go to important villages and conduct a confidential inquiry through his inquiry committee.
Does Tehsildar Shridhar Rajmane work under pressure from MLAs under illegal duties? And do they perform their duties? Senior officers should also conduct a thorough investigation into this matter.
The truth is no longer hidden that after Tehsildar Shridhar Rajmane was given a false report by Jambhulghat Mandal officials that both highways were filled with sand mixed with soil, private engineer Mr. Swapnil Yavale dared to file a false complaint against journalists at Bhisi Police Station.
Earlier, did Chimur Tehsildar Shridhar Rajmane ask for a similar false report from the Mandal officials in Chimur taluka to release the trucks, highways, and tractors of MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia’s workers? This has become serious.
It has also come to light that Private Engineer Swapnil Yavale is a co-partner in the company of MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia’s relatives.
Therefore, Chandrapur District Collector Vinay Gowda and Chandrapur District Superintendent of Police Sudarshan Mukkama should conduct a fair investigation into all the cases through a special investigation team at their level.
