The Constitution is the Indian Constitution. But it is not just a rule on how to run the state? It is a book that considers all aspects of human life, social, economic, political, religious, cultural, spiritual, etc., considering man as the center.
It is not only worshipable, but also a book that is respected and revered and should be loyal to.
The Constitution is not a story, a book, a Purana, but the Constitution is a book that is rational, rationalist, nationalist, socialist, democratic, secular, humanist.
It is a book that achieves the welfare, glory, and prosperity of man and human life. It is not just a book, it is not just dreams, it has idealism, it is a book that gives direction to man and human life, it is a book that eliminates poverty, The Constitution is not only a political book but also a book that considers social, economic, cultural, physical and all-religious equality. This is not a praise of this book, but the more greatness is said, the less it is, this is a rich, comprehensive and bottomless book.
This is a book that gives freedom to all ideologies. This is a book that provides freedom, equality, fraternity, justice, equal opportunities and dignity to all, that is, this is a book that destroys the slavery of man and gives him human rights and rights.
Also, what should be the duty of man? This is a book that explains this. This is a book that gives man knowledge, science and good culture. What is the status of such a magnificent divine book today? It is the duty of every citizen and voter to look at it closely.
We must fulfill this duty. Because this constitution has made us the sovereign electorate of an independent country. Every citizen of this country is independent. He is not a slave to anyone, not only that, but he is a king, because who should be sent to power? And the right to call back the one in power is with the “voter” citizen, the king.
That is why the word “voter king” has been used. This means that this constitution has made the slave a king. There is so much power in this book. This power should not be weak, so that no one can take it away, this book has been given legal protection.
However, what is the current state of the constitution? It should be observed as follows.
The same people who do not accept this constitution in the first place, the RSS organization and its political wing, the BJP party, are sitting in power today on the basis of this constitution, and are conspiring to achieve their goal of “inequalitative system”.
On the one hand, the ruling party is seen plotting to abolish the Constitution, change the Constitution, change all the inner workings of the Constitution and only lay a trap.
For example…
1). The Constitution says that wealth should be decentralised instead of centralised, but the capitalists and landlords already have a lot of wealth, instead of taking it away, the banks should give them more loans, they should default on it, and the defaulted loans should be paid from the government treasury (i.e. the people’s money). And the farmers and labourers who work hard to grow food grains, feed the people of the country, and the workers who produce goods in factories to meet the needs of the people’s comforts and luxury are not getting their loans waived. This means that the policy of this unequal government is to make the rich richer, the poor poorer, and keep the middle class where they are.
2). Government land and factories and industries and companies have been sold to capitalists. Aviation, railways, bus services, banks have started selling slowly despite being profitable.
3). Education is being given in a foreign language instead of in the mother tongue, this is a conspiracy so that the reason is not understood, so that children do not become intelligent. The constitution has made it mandatory to close Marathi schools, the government should provide education up to matriculation free of cost, and the constitution also says that equal education and health should be provided to all, yet this rule and law have been broken.
4). They are working to break the government elected by the people, they are buying candidates, all this is an extra-constitutional work.
5). The constitution says that the government should not interfere in them by appointing some autonomous institutions for the survival of democracy, but the Election Commission, Reserve Bank, C.The government is interfering in all autonomous government institutions like B.I., courts, corporations, appointing their heads, pressuring them to make decisions as they want, which means abusing power.
6). The government should not do religious work, because the constitution says that Datta should be secular, only then will all religions get equal justice, and balanced welfare can be provided, but the current government is sitting and worshipping in all the temples.
7). Not only this, the constitution says that the public’s money should be used only for schools, roads, hospitals, factories, transport vehicles and food services, shelter, etc. welfare schemes, but the current government is using the public’s money in the government treasury only to build temples and demolish temples and build mosques under them? They are spending huge money on this.
8). Erecting statues of Godse, who murdered Gandhiji, protecting the statues of casteist, religious, and divisive people, even in front of the court,
9). Burning the Constitution in the capital,
10) BJP ministers and MPs are making public statements like “We came to power only to change the Constitution”…
11) All the sadhus at the Kumbh Mela, declaring Hindu Rashtra, raising slogans, and declaring that the Sanatani Constitution is ready, and the government does not take any action on this, publicly opposing the Muslim community, collectively beating up members of the Dalit Muslim community, supporting them,
12) Publicly saying to end the opposition party, that is, ending democracy and bringing dictatorship, this means openly challenging the constitution.
If you search, you will find many examples that are against the constitution and the work of changing the constitution is going on vigorously. This means that by ending human rights and establishing dictatorship again in this country, the work of enslaving the SC, ST, OBC, and minority religious people and creating a mindless, anti-human society that cultivates religious fanaticism and superstitions, as expected by the unequal exploitation organization RSS, is going on. Even though the current government is of the people, it is working for this organization.
This is the current state of the Constitution. The people should be alert at the right time and stop this retrograde chariot. So let’s get down to practical work, why delay?
