Who knows fate? It is impossible to say who will live for how long and who will die and from what. A similar incident has taken place today in Ambeneri, Mouja, Chimur taluka.
Mrs. Sharda Madhukar Dange had gone to fetch drinking water from a nearby well. While returning, the woman was crushed to death on the Bhisi-Ambeneri-Jambhulaghat national highway, i.e. at Mouja Ambeneri around 9 am. Due to this, Mrs. Sharda Madhukar Dange died on the spot. It is learnt that Mrs. Sharda Madhukar Dange was around 55 years old at the time of death.
The news that Mrs. Sharda Madhukar Dange had died on the spot in a crane accident spread rapidly in the village and surrounding areas. Due to this, the residents of Mouja Ambeneri had taken a stand that the body of Mrs. Sharda Madhukar Dange would not be moved until the crane owner reached the accident site.
The citizens of Mauja Ambeneri continuously blocked the road for four hours. After successful attempts by Bhisi Thanedar Jitendra Chande to settle the accident case, the body was shifted to Chimur Upazila Hospital for autopsy.
Under the guidance of senior police officers under Chandrapur district, Bhisi Thanedar Jitendra Chande wanted to calm the heated case.
With the help of Assistant Thanedar Wagh, Police Sub-Inspector Shubhangi Patil and other police officers, Thanedar Jitendra Chande succeeded in calming the case.
While the road blockade was going on, security help was also called from Chandrapur.
The woman who died in the accident was a laborer and she was driving the family’s cart as a laborer. There is a mournful atmosphere in the village as the Sadar Dange family suffered a sudden serious injury in the accident.
The accident occurred in Ambeneri village of Chimur taluka, Chandrapur district, Maharashtra state, India.
