In the case of bogus, fake, false, marriage registration certificate, Bamani- Balarpur, after the Balarpur court ordered the registration of an FIR against five accused including the accused Badal Khushalrao Urade, while the FIR was being filed and the investigation was going on, the 11 senior lawyers defending the accused filed a revision application and filed a false affidavit in the court. Vinod Khobragade has filed a criminal case under Section 379 of the Indian Civil Security Code Act, 2023.

A serious complaint has also been filed with the Maharashtra-Goa Bar Council, seeking cancellation of the charter of 11 lawyers and disciplinary action.
A criminal case has been filed against senior learned lawyer and advocate Ravindra Bhagwat, brother of RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Saheb, along with 11 lawyers.
The names of the lawyers against whom a criminal case has been filed are as follows.
1) Adv. Ravindra Bhagwat Chandrapur,2) Adv. Abhay Pachpore Chandrapur,3) Adv. C. R. Bhagwat Chandrapur,4) Adv. Shrikant Kautalwar Chandrapur,5) Adv. Rajesh Shankarrao Junarkar Chandrapur,6) Adv. Z. K. Khan Balarpur,7) Adv. Aisha Ansari Balarpur,8) Adv. M. N. Khan Balarpur,9) Adv. Akshay Gedam Chandrapur,10) Adv. Ravindra Verma Chandrapur,11) Adv. Pritisha alias Itisha Shah Chandrapur….
Against all these lawyers, false, fabricated, and false statements have been filed in the court even though they know that they are false.
Even though the learned lawyers were aware that the revision application was not tenable, they deceived the court, and conspired to defame Vinod Khobragade, tarnishing the reputation of the court, and misused his position and authority.
Therefore, Vinod Khobragade has filed a criminal case in the District and Sessions Court, Chandrapur on 29/05/2025, demanding strict disciplinary action against all the lawyers concerned, and notices have been issued on 30/05/2025 and the next hearing is on 10/06/2025.
In the second case, the court, the present Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balapur, ordered the Balapur Police Administration to file an FIR under the Atrocity Section against 10 accused including District Collector Chandrapur Vinay Gowda G C on 09/05/2025.
Even though the revision application was not tenable by the District Collector Chandrapur, the six accused filed the revision application through their lawyers.
The court immediately issued a stay on 15/05/2025 to Mr. Vinay Gowda, GC District Collector Chandrapur, Mr. Charde, Sub-Divisional Officer Balarpur, Mr. Gaikwad, Tehsildar Balarpur, Mr. Dilip Modak, Mandal Officer Balarpur, Mr. Chavan, Talathi Balarpur and Mr. Gade, Thanedar Balarpur.
However, the four accused, including Mr. Badal Khushalrao Urade, are still roaming outside.
In fact, after the court ordered the filing of an FIR under the atrocity section, and a thorough investigation and submission of a report, all the lawyers in question, by creating obstacles in the investigation, even when the revision application was not tenable, misused their position and authority and obtained a stay for the District Collector Chandrapur and the other accused until the final verdict.
Vinod Khobragade has complained in an affidavit to the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court Bench, Nagpur, and the Principal Judge of Chandrapur, regarding the poor knowledge of the law of the judges who granted the stay in the case.
