Police officers and other officers met Bachu Kadu after the court order. This included DCP Satav of the police’s special branch…

Bachu Kadu said, “You are cowardly, you are a child of cowards, you are facing the court. You are a child of cowards.” He said that the jail will be short, arrest him, now we will take over Ramgiri, Bachu Kadu warned.

However, the police officers showed a copy of the court order to Bachu Kadu. The police have been asked to submit a report to the Nagpur bench of the Mumbai High Court tomorrow at 11 am regarding the Shetkari Morcha and the opening of the national highway.

Prahar Janshakti Party leader Bachu Kadu has started a sit-in protest demanding loan waiver for farmers. Today is the second day of the protest after the protest started on the 28th.

The Nagpur Bench of the Mumbai High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of the inconvenience caused to the commuters due to the Thiiya agitation. The Nagpur Bench of the Mumbai High Court has directed Bachchu Kadu to vacate the place where the Thiiya agitation is going on by 6 pm today.

On October 28, Bachchu Kadu was given permission for a day to protest at the ground near Mouja Parsodi. However, the Thiiya agitation is still going on today, i.e. on the 29th, and due to this, people, especially vehicles passing through the road, are being inconvenienced.

There are many hospitals in the area. Many patients have had to face hardship, it has also been said in the Nagpur bench order. The order also mentions the petition accepted by the Bombay High Court on September 1, 2025 regarding the agitation of Manoj Jarange Patil…

The order also said that the police officers should start the process of vacating the place where the agitation is going on by 6 pm. The Nagpur Police Commissioner has also to submit a report on whether the order has been fulfilled to the Nagpur bench of the Mumbai High Court at 11 am tomorrow.

As per the order of the Nagpur bench of the Mumbai High Court, the farmers will open the roads and respect the court order, it is certain!

Questions to the Maharashtra government regarding the farmers!..

But, what about the farmers? What about the plight of the farmers? What about the indifferent role of the Maharashtra government towards the farmers? Farmers are not being provided timely assistance, what about this Maharashtra government’s time-consuming policy?

What about the natural disasters on the farmers? Then, who is the guardian of the farmers? Are farmers only for votes? Why are farmers not allowed to protest for their legitimate demands for a long time?

Should the government and its administrative machinery act as they please? Isn’t the Maharashtra government responsible for creating law and order issues?

As mentioned, why is the Maharashtra government not making farmers debt-free? Why is the government giving many reasons for debt-freedom? Why did the government not have money, but during the assembly elections, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that farmers would be made debt-free, and wasn’t this his fabrication?

Why is the Maharashtra government not providing proper financial assistance to farmers in a timely manner? Are farmers only useful? Is the Maharashtra government in the interest of farmers, citizens or capitalists?

Why are farmers’ farmlands being forcibly snatched for the Shakti Peeth highway? Why are farmers’ farmlands being given at a low price for projects and dams?

Do they want to exploit farmers? Do they want to do injustice and torture to farmers? Why is the farmers’ agricultural produce not being given a fair price? Do you want to embarrass the farmers and their wives and children? Do you want to deprive the farmers’ children of education?

Will the Maharashtra government provide constitutional answers to all the above questions to the farmers?
