Who has slapped the Maratha community’s legitimate reservation demand movement while maintaining peace and why? The inquiry must begin with this basic point.
However, it is now clear that the investigation by the SIT of the Maratha movement, which is struggling for its own rights as per the important demand of reservation, means creating a threat to the central government along with the state of Maharashtra.
Whatever the reasons for the Maratha movement investigation, but can’t the Maratha community lead the movement itself?
As the Maratha community is poor and problematic in various ways, it is not a bad idea to hold the demand for reservation and agitate for reservation to solve their problems.
At the same time, the citizens of Maharashtra have seen with open eyes who said what on the Maratha reservation and the Maratha movement.
The reason for the Maratha movement is the delay in giving reservation by the political leaders who claim to give reservation to the Maratha community.

Therefore, if there is an SIT investigation to cover up their own attitudes, speech and roles, to keep the storm of inquiry raging till the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections and to discredit the opposition and put their dignity in the limelight again and again, such an inquiry may be influenced by political considerations.
Although SIT is under the authority of the state government, there is no pressure on this investigation team. Special investigation teams are appointed for serious crimes. The Supreme Court, Central Government, State Government have the right to direct the officers in a particular case. Theft, fraud, extortion, murder, mysterious death, special teams The task of special investigation team is to prevent the increasing crimes, to conduct a thorough investigation of the crimes, to find the accused and bring the crimes to light.
The SIT conducts an investigation at a specific time. After that, the inquiry report is submitted to the court. If the SIT is constituted by the state government, then the report is sent to the government. However, the court or the central government has the power to accept or reject the inquiry report.
Although SIT is an impartial investigation team, they are also human and it will not be correct to say that the investigation report submitted by them is correct, because many cases of SIT investigation could not hold up in court.
However, the investigation of the Maratha community members can be decisive and have far-reaching consequences on the BJP-Shiv Sena Shinde group and the Nationalist Congress Ajit Pawar group.
