Chimur taluka is now known as the taluka of sand and pimple thieves under illegal mining. It is impossible to say what incident will happen under illegal mining in this taluka.

The incident of the death of Akash Sontakke, a 21-year-old youth of Navegaon district, from Navegaon (Ramdegi-Khadsangi) area in the early hours of the morning, after he was crushed under the mill of an illegal transporter of sand, and there was a stir.

The death spot falls under Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra Khadsangi in Chimur taluka.

Considering the public discussion, even if the tractor owner of Khadsangi has a political advantage, it is safe to assume that the Chimur police department will file a case of sand theft along with human abuse against him.

It is clear that once an incident takes place, no one saves anyone from the law.

However, there is a loud public discussion in Chimur taluka that a case of manslaughter and theft should be filed against the concerned officials who are ignoring the illegal mining of sand and mud in Chimur taluka and clearing the forests for the mining thieves.

Since Chimur taluka has become a haven for blackheads and sand thieves, who will ensure that the identity of this taluka is not known as thieves?
