The Maharashtra and Bihar assembly elections have revealed that the BJP and its allies are winning elections not by empowering voters but by making them helpless under temptation.

Just on the eve of the assembly elections, facing elections by transferring thousands of rupees to women’s accounts is not empowering voters but winning elections by making them helpless under temptation!…

It has been seen that the party which is winning elections by making voters helpless under temptation is a political party and its leaders are socially and politically ineffective and are in the interests of the capitalists.

The general elections to the Lok Sabha and the Legislative Assembly in India are to appoint a government of the people and to appoint a government that works for the benefit of the people.

But In recent times, it has come to light that the ruling BJP and its allies are winning elections through EVM machines and bogus voters, using huge sums of money and election officials, including the Election Commissioner, on the eve of elections.

Due to this, the citizens of India have come to the notice of the BJP as the biggest corrupt party. Similarly, it has come to the world as a party that consciously suppresses Indian democracy and exploits the citizens of India unabashedly under the GST.

Since the Election Commissioners of the country and the states are the puppets of the central rulers, they remain silent when the model code of conduct is repeatedly violated by the rulers during the election period.

Due to this, since the Election Commissioners of India, the BJP and their allies have made slogans of democracy, it should be remembered that they are the killers of democracy and the citizens of the country.

Therefore, the National President of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi and legal expert And. Prakash Ambedkar had said that if the role of the Election Commissioner in general elections is seen as dubious, questionable, and cooperative with the ruling parties, The biased and anti-national Election Commissioners should be removed. It is now clear that their statement is to save Indian democracy and Indian citizens from becoming slaves of the Manuwadi system and the rulers.

At the same time, since the BJP is a party that takes the ultimate decision for the benefit of the capitalists and gives importance to privatization, the rulers of this party have killed democracy and deprived the citizens of the country of their rights.

Similarly, the atmosphere in India, the largest democracy in the world, is currently being disturbed by improper election procedures.

India is a country where people of different religions, castes, sub-castes, sects, etc. live in harmony, respecting each other’s values and beliefs. Will that identity continue to be recognized at the global level? There is still an uneasy public mind about this.

The most important element in this is the Constitution of India. According to the Constitution, it is well known that India is a secular nation. However, due to the current hateful and corrupt election atmosphere, This identity is beginning to crack. Citizens say that this is a threat to the original image of India.

While raising their voices against the institutionally corrupt government, the protesters have given importance to both the legal and original objectives of the Constitution.

The suspicion that a devious plan to attack their very existence has been hatched under the guise of corrupt elections has now frightened the citizens of the minority community, including the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and OBC classes.

And that is why society is protesting wherever it can against the biased Election Commission that conducts elections in a corrupt and fraudulent manner.

Since the citizens, students, and young men and women of India are justly opposing the ruling parties and the Election Commissioner, it is evident that the conscience of the society is still awake.

Explaining that a corrupt and biased election process is dangerous for India’s diversity and democracy, the citizens have opposed such an election process.

The protesters took the basis of various aspects of the Constitution to show that their movement is in line with the Constitution. The Indian citizens have realized that a large-scale mass movement is necessary to control electoral gambling.

The Constitution highlights the diversity in India. Diversity is also necessary. That is why the original ideological core of India, based on the principles and vision of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, gives utmost importance to the values of secularism and an egalitarian society.

But in India, which is a diverse country with a group of eighteen castes, religious-based discriminatory policies are facing opposition in various forms.

Although there are protests in every corner of the country against elections conducted through EVM machines and vote rigging through EVM machines, this does not seem to have affected the Chief Election Commissioner of India.

However, spontaneous, aggressive movements are the ones that preserve the values of the Constitution. The future of Indian democracy depends on the values highlighted in the Constitution and their conscious and deliberate observance.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP office bearers, office bearers of Hindutva organizations, who dream of a Congress-free India, have failed to make a Congress-free India for the past 11 years by deploying all the national investigation agencies and using constitutional institutions and even by stealing votes.

The Congress party has survived for 140 years by enduring all the storms. If Congress office bearers and workers were not afraid of the British, how can they be afraid of the BJP? This question is becoming more and more serious. No matter how much the BJP tries to divide the Congress in any way, the reality is that Congress is a mass movement.

Even as the BJP continues to try to destroy the Constitution and democracy, the office bearers and workers of the National Congress Party, along with the citizens of India, say that they will continue to risk their lives to protect the Constitution and democracy under the leadership of the Leader of the Opposition in India, MP Rahul Gandhi.

The consequences of corruption are very serious, including economic losses, political instability, which weakens democracy, and social degradation, which degrades the quality of public services, adversely affecting the poor.

This reduces people’s trust in the government and institutions and is seen to encourage crime and terrorism.

Corruption reduces domestic and foreign investment. At the same time, funds for important projects such as schools and hospitals are misused.

Similarly, corruption reduces the rate of tax collection, which reduces the government’s ability to raise revenue and increases the cost of services and products due to bribery and other corrupt practices.

As a result, corruption is negatively affecting essential public services such as education, health and justice.

At the same time, the burden of bribery and other corrupt practices falls on the poor the most. This has strained the relationship between citizens and the government and has led to a decline in public trust in government institutions.

Corruption makes opportunities available only to the rich and powerful, which increases inequality in society. Democracy is weakened, democratic values and institutions are entangled in the web of corruption. The law enforcement apparatus, judiciary and police departments are affected by corruption, which has led to a loss of trust in the judiciary and police departments of Indian citizens.

Therefore, it is important to educate citizens about the long-term consequences of corruption through public awareness campaigns and empower them to report it. Corruption should be portrayed as a dishonest act.

The media should highlight cases of corruption to increase public awareness. Another step in challenging corruption is to take legal action without bias or discrimination against people or institutions involved in corrupt practices.

However, the citizens of the country have come to realize from many incidents that the ruling BJP will not take action against corrupt, anti-social, anti-religious MLAs, MPs, ministers, office bearers, and activists in its party and the parties of its allies.

Therefore, it cannot be denied that the partisan role of the ruling party is harmful to democracy and the citizens of India.
