The government and administration do not provide space for shelter, so where should citizens live? — Can the government and administration strangle fundamental rights?

In view of the rapidly growing population in the country, it is a reality that there is a need to increase the village-land space in rural areas and the necessary space in urban areas for their shelter based on the population.

In such a situation, the government and administration are repeatedly bringing slum dwellers out in the name of development or business without rehabilitating them or providing them with the necessary space for their shelter. What is the fair working system of the government and administration? The government and administration must primarily tell the citizens of the country about this…

Along with this, since the village-land space in villages and villages in rural areas is decreasing according to the population, it is also the responsibility of the government and administration to provide space to the Gram Panchayat in rural areas according to the land or other space.

However, the government and administration are consciously ignoring the duty of providing land to gram panchayats, nagar panchayats, municipalities, municipal councils, and metropolitan municipalities for the shelter of citizens. I strongly believe that this neglect of the government and administration is causing injustice and oppression to the citizens of the country and the state of Maharashtra.

There are crores of citizens in the country of Maharashtra and India who still do not have a place to build a house.

Due to this, they encroach on the available land and set up their residence or build huts or makeshift houses.

They have nothing to do with who owns that land? Whose possession is it? They are only aware that they need shelter and it is their basic duty to fulfill that need.

The land of the government and administration is the land of the citizens of this country. Why does the judicial system, government and administration of this country not accept this?

If the citizens of this country, that is, the voters, are forming the government with their voting rights and the government formed by the citizens is running the administration for the public interest and protection of the people, then should we take any action or legal action that is unjust to the citizens of this country regarding the location of their homes or any other matter? This serious issue must be brought forward urgently.

Housing is an important issue that comes under the fundamental rights. The government-administration and the courts cannot violate fundamental rights.

The rulers, do convenient politics, convenient social work, but how right is it to do injustice to the citizens who were put in power by the voters through the administration?

Electing the rulers and running the administration by them are two sides of the same coin. That is, both are drivers for the citizens. That is why the government-administration is the citizen and the citizen is the government-administration.

Of course, the citizens are the important link between the rulers and the administration. It is a fact that the citizens make the government-administration the driver.

Similarly, if the government and administration are running on the taxes of the citizens of the country, then voters and citizens should think about how the government and administration dare to commit injustice and atrocities on the same citizens through any means.

Demolishing houses on encroached land, bringing the poor and the needy into the open, is this considered good use of power? And what is the definition of good use?

If the officials are harassing the citizens regarding encroached land, it is not logical to say that the government should stand by them…

Because we cannot forget that the government and the administrators are citizens…
