A vivid example of how farmers are exploited and exploited by taking into account the irrigation problems of farmers and their helplessness in it is the case of Mr. Dilip Rakhunde of Mouja Amboli in Chimur taluka under Chandrapur district.

4 years ago, he had made a request for an electric pump connection for agricultural irrigation at the taluka office of the electricity distribution company in Chimur as per the rules. For that, he had paid Rs. 10,187 under the request.

However, after four years, a check of only Rs 8,700 has been given to Mr. Dilip Rankhude by the Executive Engineer of the said electricity distribution company, Marya. Warora, without connecting an electric pump to his farm. This has revealed a shocking case of exploitation of his loss of Rs 1,487 and injustice being done to him by not connecting him as per his demand.

It is noticeable from the injustice done to farmer Mr. Dilip Rakhunde that the Central Government and the Maharashtra State Government are repeatedly making empty promises that they will make the farmers dependent.

Similarly, if the farmers have paid Rs 10,187 for the demand for electricity connection, the Energy Minister of the State of Maharashtra should publicly tell the farmers of the state of Maharashtra about the rules of the electricity distribution company, Marya. Executive Engineer Warora or the Maharashtra State Energy Department, which will give them Rs 1,487 less than the amount paid.

4 years ago, solar energy was not used for agriculture or the energy department did not plan for it. Due to this, why did the Maharashtra State Energy Ministry fail to provide electricity to the farmers who had requested electricity connection as per the rules in the past 4 years? This needs to be investigated.

Along with this, did the officials of the electricity distribution company act arbitrarily and not provide electricity connection to some farmers consciously? The exploited farmers are of the opinion that a thorough investigation is also needed in this regard.

However, the Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana was newly launched based on solar energy. Then why were the farmers who had previously requested electricity connection as per the rules not included in this scheme? It is clear that various kinds of seriousness arise regarding the Maharashtra State Energy Ministry in this regard.

Similarly, when did the Maharashtra State Energy Ministry decide to pay less than the rupees paid by the farmers for electricity connection? And according to which rule it was taken, the people of Maharashtra state are of the opinion that it must be revealed to the farmers.

Giving less money to farmers in Maharashtra than they paid for electricity connection is becoming an issue of corruption and is a pure issue of neglect and exploitation of farmers! ..

It is surprising that the Maharashtra State Ministry of Energy should not pay attention to the serious issue of exploitation of farmers, neglect of farmers and injustice to farmers due to non-connection of electricity supply…

Who will answer the farmers about how the Maharashtra State Energy Minister is silent while the Energy Department is exploiting farmers, doing injustice to farmers, and ignoring farmers?

Do the Maharashtra Energy Ministry and the Maharashtra State Energy Department have the right to harass and oppress farmers in Maharashtra because the type of electricity connection in farmers’ fields has changed? Farmers want an answer to this.

The financial exploitation of Mr. Dilip Rakhunde, a farmer from Mouja Amboli in Chimur taluka under Chandrapur district, by the electricity distribution company Marya. Office Chimur and Warora, the mental harassment given to him by this department, the injustice done to him by not providing electricity to his farm are among the neglected matters.

Due to this, a thorough investigation is required by the executive engineer of the electricity distribution company Marya. Warora office regarding the electricity connection of the farmers.

Because, was the electricity connection to the farm of farmer Mr. Dilip Rakhunde not done consciously due to irregularities? This needs to be seen.

Vaibhav Thackeray, a sensitive Upsarpanch from Mouja Amboli in Chimur taluka under Chandrapur district, has stepped forward to get justice for the farmers and has taken up the case of the farmers who have been unjustly and exploited and brought it forward.

There are signs that the marginalized farmers of Mouja Amboli will continue to fight until they get justice.
