In this country in the twenty-first century, every great man and great woman, be it Mahatma Phule, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhi, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj, Sant Gadgebaba, Mata Ramai, Mata Jijau, Mata Savitri and many such revolutionary great heroes and heroines — a fashion has started of mimicking their revolution, doing solo and multi-character plays to earn money, and gaining fame by capitalizing on their revolution.
The revolutionary who had to sweep their courtyards just to get plain water, chop their wood just to eat stale food, clean the filth in front of the village hall and then perform kirtan at night — in order to sow “scientific talent” and to permanently kick out superstition, he had to make them speak.
And in the end, what did he get in return for this social service? Only “bread and pithal.” Such great revolutionaries, for the sake of you and me, kept a tulsi leaf on their own home and wandered throughout their lives.
In the end, after the Mahaparinirvana of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, he gave up food and water and left his body!
After the Mahaparinirvana of Mahatma Phule, our Savitribai Phule gave up her body while serving patients during the plague epidemic!
Mata Ramai, who, as a wife to her barrister husband, made no worldly demands or complaints, and while he was studying abroad, raised her own children and staked everything to directly and indirectly give great support to her husband’s revolution!
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, who gave strict orders that not even the stalk of a farmer’s crop should be touched!
Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj, who helped Gangaram Kamble, an untouchable Matang brother, to live, become self-reliant, and set up a hotel!
Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar, honored by America as “THE SYMBOL OF KNOWLEDGE”!
So many such revolutionary great heroes and heroines as mentioned above — why did the “fashion” of doing solo and multi-character plays of their revolution to earn “money and fame” begin? (A salute to those who do these performances without taking any remuneration…!)
This itself means that “we, the people of India” — every person considers himself a great man. No one knows as much as me, what I do is right — drowning in such arrogant ego, every person became a thinker, but could not become a person of conduct.
That is why in our India, compared to the world, except for one country Greece, despite having the greatest mine of “great men, great women, and philosophers,” in this country, the diplomacy of Sama, Dama, Danda, and Bheda always prevails. The one and only reason for this is that in this country…….
Today there is no shortage of thinkers, but there is not even a ‘seed’ of people of conduct. If there was at least one seed, we would have buried it in the ground, watered and fertilized it, and tomorrow that very tree would have borne fruit!…
This is the failure of this country over the last 75 years. The sole and only reason for it is the RSS / Manuvaadi ideology.
