Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati | A shocking incident has come to light from the Shree Sharda Institute of Indian Management. It has been found that Swami Chaitanyanananda Saraswati alias Parth Sarathi, who is associated with the institute, sexually harassed the students.
On August 4, 2025, the administrator of the institute, P.A. Murali, filed a complaint with the Delhi Police. It mentions serious allegations of harassment, cheating and intimidation of the students from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
According to this complaint, Swami used to send obscene messages to the students on WhatsApp late at night. This included many things like inviting them to his room, luring them with foreign tours and threatening to fail them if they refused. This information has been made clear from the statements of the victims and the available chats.
The investigation has revealed that three female wardens of the institute were also involved in this case. These wardens were pressurizing the girls to remain silent and forcing them to delete evidence from their mobile phones. Not only this, the students were also threatened with being thrown out of the hostel if they complained. Therefore, the victim girls did not tell anyone about this for a long time. The investigation conducted by the police has revealed some more serious matters. It has been found that the CCTV recordings of the ashram for several days are missing, and important WhatsApp chats have also been deleted. It is suspected that Baba and the wardens are trying to destroy evidence together. Therefore, the police have sent the DVR and the mobile phones of the students for forensic examination.
Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati | Serious question mark on the safety of the students:
Meanwhile, Chaitanyanananda was reported to be in London at the time of filing the complaint. Later, his last location was found to be Agra. Since he does not stay at one place, but changes places frequently, the police are facing difficulties in arresting him. The police have issued a lookout notice against him and raids are being conducted in many states including Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.
This entire case has raised serious question marks on the safety of the students. Only if the police take action now and punish the accused, the victims will get justice and such incidents can be prevented in the future.
