MLAs are receiving funds for party offices. Due to this, it is inappropriate for any MLA to set up the party’s public relations office in a government vehicle; keeping this in mind, it is the duty of MLAs to be law-abiding.

Similarly, power and position are meant for development work and public service. That is why setting up a public relations office in a government vehicle by a person like an MLA is a violation of discipline and is something that strips away humanity behind the veil of position.

Keeping in mind that a position is meant for good use, the law itself says that MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia should not tarnish his own reputation for small things.

Setting up a party’s public relations office in a government vehicle is a straightforward gross misuse of position. Along with this, not allowing officers to fulfill their moral and legal duty by misusing the position of a public servant is an even more shameful matter.

Since the MLA’s public relations office is located in a government vehicle, the Chief Officer of Nagar Panchayat Chimur has wrapped proper duty and law in inappropriate qualitative arrogance.

Officers who wrap their legal duties under their position in the pressure of those in power — should one say that they do not fundamentally understand what authority and an officer mean? This too should be told by the officers to the public.

Chief Officer Archana Vanjari of Chimur Nagar Panchayat should personally visit the BJP’s public relations office, inspect the government vehicle, obtain complete information about that vehicle, and serve a legal notice to the concerned persons — this is the public opinion.

All kinds of positions are small before the law, and in the misuse of position, prestige is zero — when will elected representatives and officers understand this? There is no way to know…

Since MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia’s public relations office in Chimur is located in a government vehicle under Chimur Nagar Panchayat, the Chief Officer should pay attention in time and MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia should fulfill his role as per the law — the public will certainly expect this!
