MLAs and officers are made according to the law. Those same MLAs and officers are seen trampling the law underfoot and considering themselves bigger than the law.
In reality, MLAs and officers are part of the law. That those same MLAs and officers should trample the law and, while violating the law, set up their own party’s propaganda and public contact office in government premises — what kind of arrogance is this?
Under misuse of position, illegal arrogance contains within it insolence and ego — this awareness is necessary for MLAs and officers who consider themselves public representatives.

How were government premises given to professor individuals for business?…..
Shri Suresh Narhari Lachalwar, a local resident of Chimur, is a retired professor, an LIC agent, and is financially capable. In reality, financially capable and professor individuals cannot be given government premises for business.
Government premises are given to those who genuinely need employment, who are financially weak — such poor, needy, unemployed, and aspiring individuals.
It appears that Chimur Gram Panchayat’s then-Gram Sevak, Sarpanch and members, setting aside rules, gave government premises to individuals who are professors and financially capable, and submitted a false and untruth-based report of premises distribution to the government and senior officers.
N.P. Chief Officer must clarify…..
If government premises were given to retired professor Shri Suresh Narhari Lachalwar for business as per rules, then Chimur Municipal Council Chief Officer Archana Vanjari must clarify this and explain the legal aspect of premises distribution to the people of Chimur, and must remove the confusion in the minds of Chimur residents.
Along with this, it is a Supreme Court decision that government premises given for business do not remain in the ownership rights of the concerned individuals, nor can those premises be given to anyone for party propaganda or party public contact office.
Despite this, the government premises registered in the name of retired professor Shri Suresh Narhari Lachalwar have been given for BJP’s party propaganda and party public contact office — on this too, Chimur Municipal Council Chief Officer Archana Vanjari must express her opinion.
Why and for what purpose is the position being misused?…..
Arrogance means excessive ego, pride, or the tendency to belittle others. When a person’s behavior or speech contains insolence and they consider themselves superior to others, that behavior is called arrogance.
Such illegal arrogance is visible in the BJP propaganda and public contact office situated in government premises — in Chimur Legislative Assembly constituency MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadiya and Chimur Municipal Council Chief Officer Archana Vanjari.
The main characteristics of arrogance are excessive pride in ego, wealth, authority, or qualities. Not respecting others’ valid and legal thoughts, feelings, or rights. Acting according to one’s own will without heeding rules or superiors’ instructions.
Arrogance is such a negative attitude that it creates distance in ordinary people’s relationships, but the arrogance within them does not stop them from carrying out illegal intentions and actions.
The public and the law must be respected…..
Therefore, MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadiya must respect the public and the law and remove the BJP office from the government premises.
Along with this, the N.P. Chief Officer must serve a legal notice to the said BJP office heads and remove BJP’s propaganda and public contact office from the government premises.
Similarly, the Chief Officer must serve a legal notice to Shri Suresh Narhari Lachalwar and seek written information about under which law the government premises were given to the BJP propaganda and public contact office.
And the government premises given to him for business must be cancelled — this must be the opinion of the people of Chimur.
