Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI), Pune, (an autonomous institution of the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra), on the occasion of Marathwada’s Muktisangram Day and the Amrit Jubilee Year of the Indian Constitution, a special program, “Muktisangram Marathwada’s Awakening of the Constitution” has been organized at Sambhajinagar on September 17, 2025.
The program will be inaugurated by Hon. Sanjay Shirsat, Minister of Social Justice and Guardian Minister of Sambhajinagar District.
While Hon. Shri. Atul Save, Minister, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare, Dairy Development, Non-Conventional Energy and Disabled Welfare, Maharashtra State. They will be present mainly.
Along with this, Hon. Smt. Madhuri Misal, Minister of State, Urban Development, Transport, Social Justice, Medical Education Minority Development Auqaf Maharashtra State, Shri. Dr. Bhagwat Karad Rajya Sabha Member, Shri. Satish Chavan Legislative Council Member, Shri. Prashant Bamb Assembly Member, will be present as special guests.

Dr. Kalyan Kale Lok Sabha Member, Jalna, Shri. Abdul Sattar Assembly Member, Smt. Anuradha Chavan Assembly Member, Smt. Sanjana Jadhav Assembly Member, Shri. Vilas Bhumre Member of Legislative Assembly, Dr. Shri. Harshdeep Kamble (I.P.S.) Principal Secretary, Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Ministry, Mumbai, Smt. Deepa Mudhol-Munde (I.P.S.) Commissioner, Social Welfare, Maharashtra State, Pune, Shri. Dilip Swami (I.P.S.) District Collector and District Magistrate, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Shri. Sunil Ware (I.R.L.S.) Director General, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI), Pune will be present at the said program.
Prof. Dr. Anant Raut (Nanded), Shri. Ravindra Jogdand, senior thinker, writer-literate will be the lecturers who will give special guidance on the Constitution.
Following the program, a cultural program will be held under the “Voice of the Constitution”. The cultural program will be presented by singer Kunal Varale and his ensemble.
