At the same time that the status of Kaag Gram Panchayat was reduced from the administrative level, why did MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia and the concerned officials not include Mouja Sardpar in another Gram Panchayat? This question is also for them.
If MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia was able to legally push for giving the status of Municipal Council to Chimur, why did MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia not try to include Mouja Sardpar in a nearby Gram Panchayat at the same time? Are MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia and the concerned officials who are depriving the residents of Mouja Sardpar of their basic rights and essential facilities weak? Similarly, are they inclined to do injustice and torture to the residents of Mouja Sardpar? And if they are not of that attitude, they should come forward in this regard and rectify their mistake by including Mouja Sardpar in a nearby Gram Panchayat, they should admit their mistake.
The delay in the process of including Mouja Sardpar in the nearest Gram Panchayat and the deliberate dereliction of duty by the concerned officials, as this is a terrible exploitation of the residents of Mouja Sardpar, legal action should be taken against the concerned officials and MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia at the government level.
