In the oath, a person takes the help of the Indian Constitution, God or some sacred object to prove the truthfulness of his words and the seriousness of keeping his promise and says that he will remain loyal to the Constitution and will faithfully perform the duties of his office, such as maintaining the sovereignty and integrity of India.
This is a solemn oath that is taken in India towards important duties. “The Prime Minister, Ministers, Ministers of State with Independent Charge, and Ministers of State take the oath of office and secrecy from His Excellency the President of the Union Government and the Chief Ministers, Ministers, and Ministers of State of all the States within India take the oath of office and secrecy from His Excellency the Governor.
Along with this, after the formation of the government, the Chairman of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, the Member of Lok Sabha (MP) and the Member of Rajya Sabha (MP) and the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly and the Chairman of the Legislative Council, the Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) and the Member of Legislative Council (MLA) administer the oath as above within the framework of the Indian Constitution.
But after the formation of the government, the serious reality has often come to light that the Prime Minister, Minister, Minister of State with Independent Charge, Minister of State, Chief Minister, Minister, and Minister of State do not respect the main purpose of the oath and the guarantee of truth and loyalty as per the oath. (With some exceptions)
However, the person taking the oath certifies that whatever he is saying is true and that he will keep his word honestly.

Similarly, the Indian Constitution has provided different forms of oaths for persons taking office.

“I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as established by law, I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India and I will faithfully discharge the duties which I am about to undertake”.
Oath of the President…
In his oath, the President promises to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution and the laws of the country and to dedicate himself to the service and welfare of the people of India.
Article 60 of the Constitution of India states that the President is to take an oath or affirmation – Translated – I swear in the name of God that I will faithfully discharge the office (or perform the functions of the President) of India and to my I will preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the laws to the best of my ability.

An oath is a solemn formal appeal to God or the Lord to be a witness to the truth of what a person has said or to testify that he has a sincere intention to do what he says.
However, within the framework of the Indian Constitution, if the Prime Minister, the Union Minister, the Union Minister of Independent Charge, the Union Minister of State, the Chief Minister, the Cabinet Minister, the Minister of State, the Minister of State, the Member of Parliament, the MLA, do not act and behave as per the oath, what should be said of them? The central and state governments are endangering the secularism, equality, justice, fraternity, freedom, expression and rights of the citizens of the country and are creating a threat to the integrity and sovereignty of India.
So, such rulers should be overthrown by His Excellency the President and His Excellency the Governor on the charge of being traitors and anti-social and charges should be framed against them.
Along with this, the Indian people are of the opinion that criminal cases should be filed against them like ordinary citizens.
It is the opinion of the people that the central government, which is meant for democracy under the Indian Constitution, does not exist in India today!…
And in many states, it must be said that the state government that works and functions within the framework of the Indian Constitution does not exist…
