In India, elections to the Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, Municipal Corporation, Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, District Council, Panchayat Samiti and Gram Panchayat are conducted through EVM machines.
But the Supreme Court has recently proven that elections are won by stealing votes through EVM machines. (Election for the post of Sarpanch)
In this case, the leaders of BJP, Congress, and other parties have spoken and continue to speak about vote stealing through EVM machines.
But, the leaders of all parties are not seen talking about banishing EVM machines from all elections in India or they do not say that they will launch a mass movement of this kind.
Does this mean that they have nothing to do with the rights of the citizens of this country, their security, and democratic values? ..
During the period from 2004 to 2014, the Congress party The then BJP national president LK Advani and And. Subramanian Swamy had alleged that the votes were stolen through EVM machines and the central government was seized.
On the other hand, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy had filed a petition in the Supreme Court in 2013 stating that the general elections held through EVM machines were not transparent, fear-free and independent.
While hearing this petition, the Supreme Court accepted And. Subramanian Swamy’s statement and said in its decision in 2014 that the general elections held through EVM machines were not transparent and independent in this fear-free environment.
Along with this, in 2017, the Supreme Court decided to install VVPAT to show the voter marks with paper along with the EVM machines. In this regard, Bamsafe national president Vaman Meshram had filed a petition in the Supreme Court.
After this, in 2019, an important leader of the Congress party And. Abhishek Manusinghavi filed a petition in the Supreme Court and through this petition, 50 percent of the ballot papers were used under the paper teller machine. Demanded that the votes should not be counted.
On the request of And. Abhishek Manusinghavi, the then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Ranjit Gogoi, held an urgent hearing and ruled within a period of just 2 months that only 5 percent of the ballot papers would be counted as per the necessary circumstances.
The BJP had accused the Congress of stealing votes from 2004 to 2014 and seizing power at the center through EVM machines.
Now the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, MP Rahul Gandhi, is accusing the BJP that the BJP is returning to power at the center and in many states by stealing votes through EVM machines.
Earlier, BAMSEF National President Vaman Meshram had commented on the fact that the Congress and the BJP had a secret agreement for power at the center for 10 years, and we for 10 years.
Now Naveen has commented that since the BJP did not hand over the power at the center to the Congress as per the agreement, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, MP Rahul Gandhi, has raised the voice of vote theft considering the Bihar Assembly elections.
Importantly, when it emerged that the BJP would not come to power at the Centre in 2019, Congress leader Abhishek Manusinghvi filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding that 50 percent of the votes should not be counted under the paper-tail machine, and the Supreme Court hastily accepted that demand and reduced it to 5 percent.
It was no secret that Congress had indirectly helped the BJP to return to power at the Centre for the second time in 2019 through Abhishek Manusinghvi.
This raises a serious question: Is stealing votes and coming to power by manipulating votes through EVM machines an old game of Congress and BJP?
Is BJP better at stealing votes than Congress? The correct answer to this will be with the Central Election Commission!
This is why BJP and Congress party leaders or other office bearers are seen talking about stealing votes through EVM machines, but they are not seen talking about banishing EVM machines from general elections in India or permanently removing EVM machines from general elections. The language of mass agitation is not seen when speaking.
But, since most of the Chief Commissioners of the Central Election Commission are upper castes, it is equally true that they will never let the reality of vote theft through EVM machines come before the citizens of the country..(Except for some exceptional Chief Central Election Commissioners.)
Similarly, there is a strong possibility that the national party, “Bahujan Samaj Party” and the regional party, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (Maharashtra), have been weakened through EVM machines. Because both these parties are telling the true history of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Chhatrapati Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj, the pioneer Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and other great saints to the citizens of India.
That is why the National President of BAMSEF, Vaman Meshram, always says, “EVM machines are thieves, the Central Election Commission is the chief of thieves!..
Because the ruling party is being elected through EVM machines, they are openly protecting the interests of the capitalists by ignoring the rights of the citizens of the country.
No, they are putting all kinds of wealth/property of all the citizens of the country down their throats.
Since the agenda of the BJP rulers is to expose the citizens of this country and make them helpless, make them meaningless, and to plunge them into the rush of ignorance by following the corrupt system of work, they are not paying any heed to anyone.
At the same time, the BJP is making laws as they wish under the guise of power, and it has been seen that they are unabashedly abusing power to protect themselves and their dishonest associates.
Behind the PM Kisan Samman Yojana and the Ladki Bahin Yojana, “there is probably no party in the world like BJP, which suppresses Indian democracy.”
During the BJP’s rule, the number of looters who loot illegally has increased rapidly and people’s representatives and officials are seen protecting them. It cannot be denied that such a strange picture of power will be dangerous for the citizens of the country in the future.
Under the PM Kisan Samman Yojana, the citizens/farmers of the country can be kept silent with a little greed and under this greed, the citizens of the country can be robbed as they want through various types of taxes, this is a vivid example of the BJP’s working method.
Since the government is coming to power through EVM machines, the day-to-day increasing profits of the rulers can be stopped in an instant. “There is only one weapon to stop the profits of the rulers, that is, holding general elections on ballot papers in India.
For this, it is necessary to banish EVM machines from the general elections of India and EVMs The biggest mass movement in the country is expected to be held to remove the machine from the general elections, if not, it is the need of the hour.
