Ajitdada Pawar of Nationalist Congress Party took oath of the post of Deputy Chief Minister this afternoon at Raj Bhavan.

His Excellency the Governor of Maharashtra State Ramesh Bais administered oath to Ajitdada Pawar and his fellow MLAs as Cabinet Ministers.

Chhagan Bhujbal, Dilip Valse Patil, Dhananjay Munde, Aditi Tatkare, Dharmarao Baba Atram, Hasan Mushrif, Sanjay Bansode, Sanjay Patil are among those who took oath as Cabinet Ministers.

The people of Maharashtra state are surprised that Ajitdada Pawar and his fellow MLAs have become ministers without giving air.

Adv.Prakash Ambedkar, National President of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, had predicted two months ago that due to the threat of ED, the MLAs of Nationalist Congress Party will join the neck of BJP and become the ruling party, his prediction came true today.

Perhaps Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis felt that, “We cannot come back to power in the state of Maharashtra on our own strength, they have brought forward the fact that Ajitdada Pawar and his fellow MLAs were sworn in as cabinet ministers.

As Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were aware that the Nationalist Congress Party would come to power, today’s swearing-in ceremony shows that they had not consciously expanded the cabinet till now.

However, since former Chief Minister Uddhavrao Thackeray’s Shiv Sena is considered as the Shiv Sainik of Maharashtra state, the Congress, underprivileged, and Shiv Sena have united to continue the power of Uddhavrao Thackeray’s party and come to Maharashtra state.

Has the NCP really split? The picture is yet to emerge.
