The population was needed to make Chimur a municipal council. Due to this, out of the three villages coming under Mouja Kag Gram Panchayat, Mouja Kag and Mouja Sonegaon were included in the Municipal Council Chimur. However, Mouja Sardpar was excluded due to the kilometer distance rule.
After the inclusion of many villages, Chimur became a municipal council 10 years ago. However, the shocking reality is that the same Chimur Municipal Council has made Mouja Sardpar a puppet and left it to the wind.
The same officials and MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia who showed sensitivity in making Chimur a municipal council, the same officials and MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia showed extreme irresponsibility by leaving the residents of Mauja Sardparla and Mauja Sardpar in the lurch, depriving them of all government facilities and not including them in the Gram Panchayat, which is a local self-governing body.
For the last 10 years, without giving separate Gram Panchayat to Mauja Sardpar or including Mauja Neri, Mauja Mhasli Gram Panchayat, the Guardian Minister of Chandrapur district, MLA of Chimur assembly constituency Kirtikumar Bhangdia, Chandrapur District Collector, Chandrapur Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer, Chimur Taluka Tehsildar, Group Development Officer of Chimur Panchayat Samiti are working to deprive the residents of Mauja Sardpar from various government schemes and essential facilities.
At the same time, they are destroying the future of the students and farmers here. Because of this, is there any humanity left in the people’s representatives who represent the people, i.e. the local MLA Kirtikumar Bhangdia and the District Collector of Chandrapur district, the Chief Executive Officer of Chandrapur Zilla Parishad, the Tehsildar Chimur and the Group Development Officer Chimur regarding the residents of Mauja Sardpar? This question is very serious.
If the relevant local people’s representatives and If the concerned officials under Chandrapur district had the awareness of rights and human sensitivity and readiness to act, the residents of the Mauja Sardpar Vasiya would not have been deprived of their fundamental and external fundamental rights for the last 10 years.
Depriving or depriving hundreds of citizens of a village from their fundamental rights and facilities maliciously and knowingly is a criminal and punishable offense.
Therefore, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and the Ministers and Secretaries of the Ministry of Rural Development under the State of Maharashtra should take criminal action against local MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia, Chandrapur District Collector, Chandrapur Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer, Chimur Tehsildar, Chimur Panchayat Samiti Group Development Officer, who are responsible for knowingly depriving the residents of the Mauja Sardpar Vasiya from their fundamental rights and essential facilities for the last 10 years. Such a serious case is that of the residents of the Mauja Sardpar Vasiya.
It is important to ensure that the residents of the Mauja Sardpar Vasiya will not suffer any kind of loss while forming the Chimur Municipal Council. MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia and the concerned officials should have been aware.
But the people’s representatives and officials who are not aware have caused immense damage to the people of Mauja Sardpar Vasiya by making Chimur a municipal council, which is irreparable. It is evident from the developments to date that MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia and the concerned officials have misused their powers in the case of Mauja Sardpar Vasiya.
Why was the effort made by MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia and the concerned officials to make Chimur a municipal council, not to give Mauja Sardpar the status of an independent Gram Panchayat or to include it in a Gram Panchayat? This question is for MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia of Mauja Sardpar Vasiya and all the concerned officials.
MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia and the concerned officials said that Gram Panchayat is the basic local self-government institution in Indian villages, which works for the development of the village and is responsible for the construction of village roads, provision of lamps, keeping records of births, deaths and marriages. You must know that it does the work?.
Along with this, the duty-free public representatives and duty-free officials are also aware that maintaining public cleanliness, arranging sewage and supplying drinking water are the responsibility of the Gram Panchayat office bearers and Village Development Officers.
Similarly, MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia and the concerned officials are aware that the Gram Panchayat also does the important work of providing education and health facilities to the citizens of the village.
The Sarpanch is the chief officer of the Gram Panchayat, who works as the president and chairman. The Gram Sevak assists the Sarpanch in the administration, while the Gram Sabha is the general body of the Gram Panchayat, in which the citizens of the village participate. The Gram Panchayat is the main center of the village administration. While MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia and the concerned officials are aware that the Gram Panchayat gets funds from the Central Government, State Government and other schemes, which are used for the development of the village, why do they deprive the residents of the Mauja Sardpar from basic rights and basic facilities? The Mauja Sardpar They have the Vashis.
Therefore, if there is even a little humanity left, the conspiracy to deprive the people of the Mauja Sardarpar Vasiyas of their basic rights and basic amenities should be stopped, the law under the Indian Constitution says…
But if the people’s representatives and officials are killing the law, what is the importance of such people’s representatives and officials? The Maharashtra government should decide this in time.
