The criminal petition is number 10/2025 and the hearing date is 16/01/2025.
This is the first case in India to register a criminal case against a person who is the Union Home Minister.
One thing to note is that everyone is equal before the law, in our country there is rule of law, not arbitrary.
The plaintiff, Struggler Ayu Vinod Kumar Kavaduji Khobragade Patwari and responsible and aware citizen and law student and constitutional scholar, Warora Chandrapur, has filed a criminal petition.
In detail, on 18/12/2024, at the Parliament House, the Union Home Minister of India, Shri. Amit Shah, while speaking a few words about Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, a legal scholar, a symbol of knowledge, a constitution maker on whose constitution this country is governed, said, “Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar is a fashion, he was repeatedly using abusive language, if he had taken the name of God for so long, “heaven, heaven, he would have got it,” he was speaking from a constitutional position and his party MPs were laughing.
All these scenes were shown live on electronic media, the entire country including me was watching this, and it was disturbing. This has hurt the sentiments of crores of crores of social brothers.

In a country with a population of one hundred and forty crores in India, people sat silently in many places by protesting and holding protests.
However, incident expert Vinod Khobragade had first filed a serious complaint against Union Home Minister Amit Shah with the Police Administration and Revenue Administration and had waited for seven days. However, the police and revenue department officials did not register a case against Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Due to this, Vinod Khobragade later filed a criminal petition in the court of the present Judicial Magistrate First Class Warora to register a case against Mr. Amit Shah under the Atrocity section in the Warora court.
The case was registered on 03/01/2025 and the case number is 10/2025 and the hearing date is 16/01/2025.
