The Constitution of India states that all the social groups in the country should get representation on the basis of their population.
That is why the Constitution of India has granted special powers to the Central Government to protect the interests of all the social elements of the country and to always provide security. And in case of legal difficulties, the State Government will help them or the State Government will take the initiative in that regard.
As above, since there is a large Maratha community in the state of Maharashtra, the state government should come forward without wasting time and complete all legal procedures regarding Maratha reservation immediately and follow up with the central government.
When the issue of Maratha reservation is an old one, why did the rulers of Maharashtra remain oblivious till now? And why are they being oblivious? This is exactly what Manoj Jarange Patal has noticed.
Manoj Jarange Patal has realized how the rulers of the state of “Maharashtra” keep the rest of the society astray on the issue of reservation and waste time. That we do not want to comment is the real secret of their success in the struggle.

Similarly, the Constitution of India has given basic rights to every citizen of India to fight for self-interest and social protection. Manoj Jarange Patil is fasting to death for the benefit of society, it is his legal right.

Regarding the reservation issue, Manoj Jarange Patil is not ready to budge even for the benefit and protection of the Maratha community. In other words, he is not ready to change the decision to suspend the fast to death. Therefore, there is no problem to believe that Manoj Jarange Patil is a good warrior and a good fighter and a determined leader.
At the same time, it can be seen that Manoj Jarange Patil is a person of strong character who is risking his life for the welfare and protection of the society under reservation.
