        The murder of Akshay Bhalerao of Bondhar Haveli under Nanded district is a brutal act of communalism.

        The murder of Akshay Bhalerao, a meritorious young man, for successfully conducting the birth anniversary program of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar at Bondhar Haveli in Nanded district under the progressive state of Maharashtra is an attempt to defame the progressive state of Maharashtra and promote gangsterism.

       That is why it is necessary to put an end to such a terrible and illegal act of torture which is creating a rift in the society, Maharashtra Chief Minister No. Eknath Shinde should pay serious attention to Akshay Bhalerao murder case of Bondhar Haveli in Nanded district and take strict action against the culprits and resolve the case quickly under fast track court.

On June 1st at Bondhar Haveli, on the pretext of a wedding ceremony in the village itself, the caste-minded village goons killed Okat Akshay Bhalerao with a sharp weapon in front of the grocery store in the evening around the evening with hatred and anger in their hearts, using obscene and caste-based words.

          Chief Minister Eknath Sinde of Maharashtra State should ensure that the village gangs in the Akshay Bhalerao murder case do not escape due to improper legal action, Chimur Samata Sainik Dal office bearers have requested him through a statement.

        Along with this, copies of the said statement have been sent to Maharashtra State Home Minister N. Devendra Fadnavis, Chandrapur District Guardian Minister N. Sudhir Mungantiwar, Chandrapur District Collector, Chandrapur District Superintendent of Police.

        Among the signatories to the memorandum are Nilkanth Shende, Bhagwat Borkar, Arvind Meshram, Sudhakar Patil, Digambar Borkar, Naresh Pillewan, Sridas Raut, Kishore Jambhulkar, Kishore Gedam, Rahul Lotane, Sachin Gajbhiye, Rajendra Meshram, Ganesh Kodape, Naveen Meshram, Pravin Gajbhiye, Hemant. Raut and other Samata Sainik Dal officials are included.
